You'll have to contact them about that. Make sure you let them know which device and browser you're using since it will help debug the issue.

Confirmed on my Samsung tablet, using Firefox.

I have a Lenovo Yoga laptop, running Win11 and latest version of Chrome.

won't let me get a screenshot.

the middle 'welcome/are you 21' rectangle has a clickable hand but no result when clicked. The rt and l areas of the underlying page are blurred out.

Are you able to try a different browser?
How about if you clear the cache? Try it in incognito mode as well and disable any popup/script blocker extensions.

After clicking "I Am" it takes about 5-10 seconds for the pop up to disappear.

splash screen still there, regular front page dimmed behind it, can't click on anything.

I was just there a few days ago. I checked just now, on my Samsung Android tablet using Firefox, and the site loaded a bit slow, but it did load.
