Bought from Borneo Supply, and they gave my bf Appalachian herbs PayPal without telling me it was a seperate party. Borneo then told my bf to set it to friends and family so it couldn’t be contested, which according to Appalachian herbs was discussed with Borneo Supply to pay off Borneo’s debt to Appalachian herbs. We paid 500$ and we were given a false tracking number by Borneo supply. When we found out that we paid a third party, which was Appalachian supply, we contacted him and he told us “it wasn’t his problem” even though he has our money, and we can’t contest it because it was set to friends and family. To me, they were blatantly in contact and working together to scam.

It is our fault for being so trusting of these single person vendors. We should have gone with an established company that adheres to standards. I just wouldn’t want another person to get scammed out of 500 dollars because of another persons debt.

wOw OK what a mess.. Thanks for posting. Wild story, but stranger things have happened.. Your 1st time ordering from Indo, I assume? As I posted on the Borneo Supply thread.. he's an established Supplier. Has positive reviews! But, things can go south when ordering from Indo, there's a language barrier.. THIS deal is wrong, on a few counts:

Indo orders CAN get seized, (as Brad is saying here), and then you need to allow extra time for re-shipping.. It could take weeks, even months! WHY are you disputing charges? I get your frustration.. But its a legit charge. Disputing will likely destroy Appalachian's PP account & hurt his business.

OK well, you didn't know that F+F is standard procedure when dealing w/ kratom ? yes the 3rd party payoff is fishy, But would be OK as long as its clearly understood, Indo shipping is a RISK - could get seized by US Customs.. Back to the language barrier, Borneo must make it absolutely clear, that you could LOSE your shipment. That's out of his control.

Tracking # for what carrier? DHL or UPS? A false tracking number is bad. Or was Borneo trying to do Air Cargo maybe?

No this IS partly his problem! I really doubt Borneo Supply was trying to scam. IF your 10-kg shipment came through.. everything's fine... Now the whole thing looks fishy, this dude Appalachian (aka SpinTripFall ) is a back-pack seller on Discord. He agreed to accept your PP payment. So maybe he'll lose his PP, and also his reputation - he's on Discord. Call him out there too.

FOR his part, Borneo wanted the $. Indo's are always happy to take USA $.. But when selling to a n00b retail, Terms Of Sale MUST be clearly understood! What happens IF your shipment is seized? You're saying a re-ship WAS included in the deal.. ? Then why dispute charges? Curious, again, what carrier was used? He should provide some evidence of shipping. Seizure also can be confirmed, through DHL tracking?

Please let us know.. Borneo MAY be waiting to "commingle" your 10 kilos with other orders. That's what they do now, with kratom.. They ship 100 kilo by Air Cargo, to a USA destination w/ Customs Broker. It's complicated. You could receive your order 2 months from now. BUT.. Now you're online hurting his business, accused him of scamming?

You're disputing charges ? So NOW.. How can he re-ship ? Then you're scamming HIM, right - He is supposed to re-ship, WHILE you try to dispute charges? Because you didn't understand... Yes he should re-ship, but Indo's are very poor, and it's money out of his pocket.
