SpeciosaLife.com - Got Dry Season?

Post by SpeciosaLife »

Ahhh, our favorite time of year - when the leaf makes itself, and the monsoons are a distant memory…

Ok, maybe it isn’t quite that easy, but mother nature has certainly done her job. Quality abounds and the payoff rich for those farmers who intervene as little as possible.

Once again, our suppliers have delivered on our mission to bring you exceptional small-lot leaf. This mid-summer restock brings you fresh batches primarily from North Central Borneo.

From the Melawi region, a Plantation Green Bali, Premium Hulu, and a Wild Green Kapuas. Also with this group, a Super Red Kali and a White Elephant, both from a new West Kalimantan farmer. From our Red Bali producer, a Super Green Kali that is equivalent in quality. Lastly, we’re releasing our Green Sunda 2. A successor batch that we believe is just as good, if not better than the last. All of these are available now, with much more on the way, including a Super Red MD, Prem MD, and a successor batch to our original Red Bali (same farmer, same trees).

Just a note, the web-store will be closed from Aug 14-24. Please visit us at http://www.speciosalife.com if you’d like to order before we go on vacation.

p.s. Keep an eye out for incoming products mentioned above. We’ll make them available as soon as possible!

p.s.s For those who haven’t visited in a while, we’ve switched to plymor bags on our sample packs in order to increase the offer from 5-7, and to help off-set shipping costs. What that means is that sample packs and split kilos now ship priority 2-day for free!

Thanks, and we hope you are having a wonderful summer!

J.

I love that you have good pix of the actual leaf with the batch # and your company name in the pic!

Thanks herbalhippie! I wanted people to see what they were actually getting before ordering. Particularly with the reds and whites as they see varying amounts of sun exposure.

If only someone could invent ‘taste-o-vision’ :D

Just so. if I'm going to order a red I want to know if it's a green colored red or a bent colored red.

Thank you for doing this!

I am glad you like it Hippie!! It is the first strain since RB1 that I have to make an effort to not take everyday.
And I agree with you, I really appreciate the photos of the leaf. It takes time and effort to have a photo for each strain and it is such a better reflection on a company when they do that, instead of using stock photos for their inventory....sometimes the same photo for every strain! Color variances, texture, and how the powdered product looks is important info for the consumer.

I like the pic you included with the tree's, gives a nice vibe to try some. wish every vendor would ask their supplier few pics to share to give customers an idea where their kratom is coming from and grown area.

Got samples of most of Jody's new re-stock strains landing today...will advise of any winners...Last batch the Green Sunda was my favorite, along with the Red Bali and Red Malay I think it was. Excited to sample the NEW strains, and "dry Season" leaf to boot...Anyone else try the new stuff, let us know what you think...Thanks Jody

My order arrived today and Jody was kind enough to include a sample of White Elephant. Thought I'd try it first so I can decide if I want to make a purchase of it, and also let you guys know what I think of it. Be back in an hour or two with an update.

Their White Elephant is a solid stain that I would recommend to anyone that like mid/slower whites. Its effects are very smooth and clean, a relaxing white. Anxiety relief is its standout trait in my opinion, so if that's something you deal with I would recommend it even more.

Hello friends! As always, thank you for your continued support. I hope you are finding something you like with these mid summer arrivals.

Heads up, the remainder of the 080119 lots are listed including a fresh batch of Red Bali (from the same producer), a prem red vein, a red indo, and super red md included.

Just a reminder that the last shipments will go out this Wednesday 8/14 and the website will be closed to orders through 8/24.

Thanks all!

if Speciosa Life was not closed until the 25th I'd be making another order right this minute.

Red Bali2 # 080119

Pain relief - 9/10

Euphoria 8/10

Mood uplift(!) 7/10

Energy - mmm, neutral I think, a great daytime red

I've been having some serious arthritis pain in my right hip since mid-morning and it's completely gone. I feel great! This is a really good Red Bali! I NEED MORE.

I'll come back here after I've tried the Red MD I got from the same batch #.

Thank you Speciosa Life!!

edit: Guess I'll copy and paste this to the reviews section. :?
