Your math is way off. That is blatantly dishonest.

A HALF kilo of your White MD is $160. So a HALF kilo of it with a 50% off coupon code would be $80.

ALWAYS70 does not work, his 50POUNDS does work though. Two pounds which is under a kilo costs $85 before shipping. Its not a bad price but that is only for the cheapest strains available. If you want the maeng da which is twice to cost of the cheapest, then you can do the 70 off coupon code which brings you to about the same as the 50 off code. Either way he gets you to pay about 90 a kilo. Its not a bad price but he could offer that price from the get go instead of all the run around. Seems dishonest to say the least.

Recommendation to seller, lower your prices before discount to generate faithful customers who trust your honesty.

But while you're at it, there's this, from the Returns section of your FAQ:

Illegitimate chargebacks will be contested and/or sent to collections for the original amount, with the addition of a $75 fee.

Yeah, but no. There is no such thing as an "illegitimate chargeback" under the law; dispute claims that are disproven get reversed by the credit card issuer without you, so you can only be referring to chargebacks that stick. You, as a merchant, do not get to override chargeback/credit card dispute decisions made by MC/Visa and or the card issuer, much less get to slap a hefty fee on the consumer simply for exercising their rights under the law and winning. Nor do you own such a debt: the card issuer does. It would be 100% illegal to attempt to collect it, much less sell it on to collections. I wonder how your merchant bank feels about you circumventing your MC/Visa charter in so many different ways?

As long as you're reviewing your business structure and practices, you should add that nasty slice to your list.

UPDATE: We always look at the "medium" package size. 250 gram Quarter Kilo = $36 isn't a bad price. Free Shipping? Makes the PPG .14 cents which is reasonable. However, Green Sumatra = $46. That's way over priced. Somebody try a Sample?

NONE of the Coupons he announced "yesterday" WORK... He's changing prices On The Fly.. Many vendors do this, it sucks and it comes off like a Bait & Switch. A piece of advice, don't over price your Green Sumatra vs your Green Aceh. I mean sure.... there's a lot of newbies, and new folks out there BUT, not on this board... Try Facebook maybe. Sorry!!

Just figured I'd throw it out there that I went through four strains "reviews" on the site and there were identical wording on three out of the four strains reviews. That doesn't exactly make me feel too confident about this vendor either.

I suppose a reviewer could have copy and pasted to get free samples or whatever they said, but I've read a lot of on site reviews of various vendors, curious if I'd see something like this and this is the first time I've actually seen it

Wholesaling and retailing are vastly different worlds.

Retail takes a bit of talent and flair wholesale does not

Well gave them a shot it was good kratom red Sumatra was nice for chilling watching hulu .green md lots of energy and mood boost . and the white was pretty close to the green ..very fine powder i will order again

Emailed them a few times, communication was easy and they seemed very nice, they made no hesitation to send me samples when I mentioned I'd review them in return for their samples, had to hold true to the request.

Was sent 4 samples by them and told them I'd review for them on here.
Tried the Red Malay, was very dark, fine grind, very sedating. I enjoyed it alot actually because I love fermented reds.
Green Aceh was also very good, nice green color with fine grind as well.
I still have their White Maeng Da and Yellow Vietnam to try but I'm sure both will be nice and I will review when used.
I will consider ordering larger quantities soon, as long as it's affordable.

My only issue is the consistency of their prices, they are up and down. I don't know of any other vendors charging various prices like that.
Especially $45 for a 1/4 kilo of Red Maeng Da, White Maeng Da, and Green Maeng Da. My only advice to them is consider lower prices down to a reasonable bracket, and make all strains the same price regardless of "quality difference". You will appeal to a larger market in the kratom community. Could also go for them having a 4 way split kilo for $100.

All in all the quality is good but like I said hard to press myself into spending that much for a quarter kilo when I get high quality kratom for maximum $31 for a 1/4.

Yeah I shuffle alot of strains from several vendors so it's difficult getting a feel on their strains. I still have an unopened sample of the Yellow Vietnam from them. The quality is honestly very good, up their with Lizas and Johnsons in my opinion, but the price pushes me away when I have been spending money elsewhere with wonderful results.

You will enjoy the product, the Red Malay stood out to me especially as a sedative dark red. And they are very nice people from the small amount of time I chatted with them.

What a deal, 4 free ozs, 25 plus dollar value, about 32 dollars with shipping for free. I cant stress how cool that is of them to offer free samples, im hoping its good because they offer bulk deals so i will update on here and on vendor strain reviews per strain once i get them. Other than lifed herbals offering 20g free sample when you sign up for their news letter, nuearthbotanicals.com are the rare few companies who provide free samples for 100% free. AWESOME

Getting in touch with them myself. Have been searching for reliable red strains and I will report back with reviews on my samples soon.

No worries man, I sometimes feel I leave lousy reviews anyways lol. I can definitely vouch for the quality being above average, the White Maeng Da and Green Aceh were both stellar, as well as the Red Malay, I still haven't tried the yellow vietnam. But they also sent me a 4 oz sampler at my request, which is a rarity to come across in the kratom world, but they did it without hesitation and with haste. They have good site aesthetics, good manners and are respectable, good quality product that pretty much hit everytime for me. I would definitely add them to my rotation and reserves, but like I said in a few other posts/threads, the prices are hard to work with when I get swell quality from 3 other vendors at affordable prices, and I hate to bash a vendor trying to gain traction around these parts so I apologize to NuEarth I mean no harm, just being real from a broke 23 apartment living dude, your quality is great but BallzDeep is usually right, there are a ton of other vendors in front of you, if you want to compete, change that $45 1/4 kilo into maybe maximum $35, as well as put a feature for split 4 way kilos. I'd grab a 4 way kilo anyday, son.

But if I had to compare for any of you lurkers that are hunting for good kratom, they are on par with Johnsons and Lizas (IMO), give their Green Aceh a try, if there was any strain I'd be back for even at the cost, it'd likely be that one.

Gravy, I can't even count on two hands, how many samples I have sent out, only asking for an honest review, and received none. It pisses me off that I send out my crushed leaf, pay for shipping, and hardly anyone can take two minutes to tell me whether it's good or bad. I've pretty much stopped doing it.

When they're called out, most of them will give an excuse, and tell me that they'll get right to it. Then... nothing. Unfortunately, as the community keeps growing, it's not getting any better.
