Did you expect to fill a shopping cart and check out with a credit card on an Indonesian vendor's site? That's generally not how it works. The majority of Indonesian vendors have incomplete websites, and virtually all of them require you to contact them about how to send the payment. Most will only accept Western Union, PayPal, MoneyGram, etc. Their websites are mostly for visibility, not functionality. If you don't like that you can stick with stateside vendors.

No, I didnt expect that. Just some constructive criticism. But is it really that hard to add a modicum of information on to the site instead of leaving everything blank? What's the point? Plenty of other indo vendors have decent websites, that's not an excuse.

Gotta agree with Arctic Martian, having discussed websites w/ them & being a retired web developer myself.. A LOT of very good Indo's, have either a crappy website or zero. VLNT, and Kratom Crumbs, for example.. They're setup for Wholesale, not retail.. they communicate by Whatsapp, lots of texting. They are 2 of the largest suppliers.

Facebook is the #1 App in many parts of the world.. In fact, people in many countries think Facebook IS "The Internet". That's all they see. Reddit is banned in Indonesia .. for those wondering, why aren't more Indos on Reddit? The few who did participate, last year, were using a VPN

Yes a few good Indo suppliers, have decent websites !! BorneoHale, Kratomind, and Sulawesi, are leaders.. Last year, 2018 saw a big jump - many NEW websites (new suppliers) popped up.. Borneo Botanical, and Big Bang, are 2 known for TOP quality.. Others like, DailyHard, Sumbawa, etc. have nice professional graphics - but very few reviews?
