Tx Family Harvest (TFH) - Open To Public for 1 Week only

*UPDATE 3/7/20* Thank you everyone for the support - the response has been staggering! We are realizing that we are really going to cut it very close by meeting the Monday ship date for all pre-orders. With that, we are going to have to say that orders from Saturday @ 3 pm CST onward will most likely not make the first ship date (Monday 9th). However, I want to assure everyone that we will continue to work around the clock to get orders out ASAP. From this point forward, most folks can expect a 24- 48-hour shipping window from us receiving payment. That shipping window may extend further as we get into later next week, as we usually get flooded with orders towards the end of the event (around 50% of people place 2nd orders after receiving their first). We will provide an update on shipping timeframes here in the future if they change - we appreciate everyone's patience and support!
PS - If receiving your order ASAP is an emergency type situation, please let us know so that we may prioritize accordingly.
Hello Double M family! Texas Family Harvest is excited to share that we will be opening our doors again exclusively to Double M members for a period of one week in March!
We are stocked heavy with dry-season leaf and that we can't wait to share! The spirit of the event is to give anyone who is interested in an opportunity to try out the products that so many from this community have had a hand in creating. By far this community contributes to our research than any other, and the quality of your insights are just incredible! We really couldn't find better test volunteers even if we paid them... Angie and I are so grateful to have the support of those who have volunteered! I'm going to include a lot of details below, reading them carefully will help expedite your order and provide an overall better experience!
When: Pre-orders - COMPLETED
The event is now live and will last for a period of one week beginning March week 2 (Sunday, March 8th - Saturday, March 14th).
Where: For complete ordering information and to place an order, please email us at [email protected]. Somebody will respond with everything you need to know to complete an order (menu, pricing, shipping, etc...). When sending your email, please be sure to include the following:
1. Your Double M screen name - this event is for community members only. During the last event, we had a ton of "lurkers" who created logins just to place orders ..... we welcome that! We hope more folks come out of the woodwork and decide to engage with the community!
2. Your shipping information (name and address). Providing this information upfront will greatly expedite the ordering process.
3. What you want to order (optional - only if you know what you want). We expect that many folks will prefer to get more information before taking a stab at their order. However, if you already have a feeling for what you want, feel free to shoot over your order in your first email!
NOTE - Further down in this post I will include a link to a menu that will update any stock changes in real-time. Please reference that before making your selections.
Additional Instructions/Information:
1. Please be patient with us Our normal shipping times are less than 24 hours upon receiving payment. However, during these special events we experience a greatly increased volume of traffic and things tend to get backed up. Usually, during the first few days of an event, we can keep things within a 48-hour window, but towards the end of the event that delay can stretch out even further (we usually get a surge of folks submitting 2nd orders around Thursday/Friday). This is where pre-ordering really comes in handy! Pre-ordering will ensure your packages will go out on the first shipping day of the event so you dont have to worry about it!
If for some reason you do not get a response from us within 24 hours of sending us an email, please email us again! We are pretty good about keeping on top of the emails sent to this address, so if you haven't heard from us we have probably missed/overlooked your email.
2. Researching Batches - We dont normally sell to the "public" so at the beginning of the event reviews are a little more scarce to come by. However, some of our current offerings have been recently tested by members of this forum, so you should be able to find some reviews by entering "TFH" in the search bar. Research or not, I want to stress that everything that makes our menu is of high quality - nothing gets on the menu unless it scores high in consumer testing. Dont be afraid to take a shot in the dark - you might miss some real gems if you only select from items you have read about.
Regarding quality - please note that personal body chemistry is a key ingredient in one's overall perception of a batch. Read up on reviews, but have a realistic understanding that just because something works great for most, it doesn't mean that it will hit for all. I would confidently argue that we go to greater lengths than almost anyone to create some of the best products in the market, but not every batch will be a winner for every person. At the end of the day, it's still the same mysterious leaf
3. Limits on Orders - We are very heavily stocked to get us through the rainy season, therefore, you may purchase whatever and how much ever you would like. However, it is our intent to hold these events without liquidating our stock for our existing members. With that, we reserve the right to conclude the event early if we feel that it is necessary. We won't limit any orders until that time comes - so first come first serve!
*Note - We always have people ask if it is alright to place a second order, even though they are clearly still within the event window. Only in this community would folks even consider wanting to make sure everyone else has had a chance to place an order before placing a 2nd order
Of course you can place a 2nd order... first come, first serve!
4. Reselling TFH Products - While we expect that we will see our products posted on the buy/trade forum, we would ask that you NOT make purchases specifically with the intent of re-selling them for profit in the future. We would absolutely support you selling something that just didn't mesh well with you, but we would kindly ask that you please sell it at a reasonable market rate.
5. Missing the Window - We understand that it may not be convenient for everyone to place an order during the limited period of time that the event is live. Our intent is to share what we have been working on with any members of this community who are interested - we are not going to get hung up on the date if that is the factor prohibiting anyone from completing an order. If the dates we selected are not compatible with you, please just shoot us an email to let us know and we will arrange for a later date for you to send over your order.

1000g = $85 (Kilograms may be split 4 ways)

*Note - As some batches get low in inventory, they may have the limitation descriptor, "100g bags only". Items with this descriptor may only be bought in the increments designated - these batches cannot be combined into bulk amounts or as part of a split kilogram. These designations are a result of our inventory management system and have nothing to do with a batch's popularity or quality. TFH will never limit the sale of a batch based on its popularity or quality.
We recently had an extremely high batch clearance rate of our January Harvest. Please take a look below at the menu items just added!
