When I first tried kava, it didn't do much for me I thought maybe I'm just not doing it right. I had never had it before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Then about a year later, I went to my first kava bar and wow, I instantly fell in love. Shortly after that, herba reLeaf started carrying kava and I ended up getting some. I ended up getting a sampler pack and a a big bag of traditional. Not only can I save money by making it at home, but it works phenomenal too!
