Finally placed my first order with K-OG, Madison helped me get an order together specific to my needs and customer service was wonderful. I know KOG doesn't need any customer service reviews but who knows, maybe people need strain reviews for them, just happy to order from them after so long of missing their order cutoff.
Ordered; Green Bota, Green Bunut, Bentuangie (I love bents), and White Nugroz. Split kilo, for $89, plus shipping totals to $95 altogether, which is GREAT to me.
I have a great feeling about my order but I just wanted to share a post to see if anybody has had these strains, and for a few days from now when I receive the package to have a thread for new reviews.
I apologize if I don't follow rules here, I wasn't sure if we had a KOG thread, so let me know if this needs to be moved.
Man, I am loving the Green Bota, as well as the Bentuangie. The bunut is quite good as well, more on the slow end for me and I need to revisit it a little more but the green bota knocked my socks off so I had to grab more. The bent is really sedating and was exactly what I was seeking, one of the smoothest and best bents I've come across aside from Johnsons red bent but I still find it better in the sedating department.
Didn't get too far into the White Nugroz yet, but I dosed the Kalbar Premium sample I received from them with my order, it was a very solid burn with the Kalbar, euphoric, some seriously LONG LEGS, I was thriving at work for about 6 hours, and even then I could have kept going but I decided to top off my energy.
In reference to KOG quality, I only know of one other vendor that has been as absolutely solid as they are in everything from site layout, quality of each strain, customer service, and just genuine character as a company and individually.
But that's just me, everybody has their favorites and everybody has their top few vendors.. I myself have to put KOG up with Kats and Lizas, though not every one of Lizas is a hit for me.
Placed another order; Green Bota (another 1/4), Kalbar Premium, Green Asia, Green Jongkong, Chocolate, Red Jongkong, White Paragin, and White Phucket.
Will work on coming back to this thread to share reviews. If anybody else has ordered from them recently you ought to chime in! I've loved everything I've grabbed thus far.
I ordered a lot of the New strains and am trying my best to be patient! Lol
I ordered last Thursday and my order hasn’t been shipped yet. Although, Madison did tell me it will take anywhere from 3-5 Business Days..
That means I’m only on Day 2!! Waahh
For now just gotta remember good things come to those who Wait! Not to sound greedy but I hope its shipped by tomorrow so I’ll get my order by Saturday

Not sure if I should’ve done White or Green on all of these newer batches so I just went with mostly Green..
Unfortunately, I keep trying to place my order and keep getting the bottle response from Madison saying they are experiencing high order volume and are closed today for orders (even though I sent my actual email order two days prior to her response). This is the third time I have place and order (two were prior to their closing down over November) and have not been able to order anything from them on over two months. I understand they are busy, but it is just disheartening to loyal customers to not be able to order product. I have touted Harry’s product to a lot of new users, but I myself am to the point where I have to realize that K-OG can no longer be considered a reliable vendor (IMO). Sad because I really feel the quality is so stellar. I know a lot of vendors are having shipping issues, but to me, I feel like this is more like Harry’s lack of staff at this point. Bummer!

I do have to add that I did contact K-OG and explained my situation and Madison immediately emailed me back to apologize that I had this experience and that if I was willing to wait for 4-7 days she could process my order now. I told her I would be willing to wait 2-3 weeks if that was what it took them, but that I just wanted to know that my order had been taken and being worked on. I was able to pay for my order and now I know it has been placed in the que. Feeling better now about the customer services, but sad it took my complaining to get my order processed because I hate doing that!

Yeah, I went through that for a month on and off and was just buying from other vendors in the meantime. Finally got ahold of Madison about an order and it went smoothly. It shipped after about 48 hours, maybe a little more of less, and was here in 3 days. Their wait time is a little longer than most but no longer than Kats current wait time. I'm never in a pinch so when it comes to ordering from vendors that take a little longer, I don't mind waiting, I generally have over 4 kilos on hand but when you're in need of quality product I can definitely understand where you're coming from. I've only ordered twice from KOG, currently waiting on my second order to be shipped, their product is in high demand. But from what I've learned, or heard, is that Lizas also carries some of the same strains as KOG, they both share a supplier. But KOG has a higher quality control, some of Lizas are misses for me, but out of over 60 different strains, you'll get that from time to time, especially when she has a few different batches of each strain.

I mixed in some Green Kats Brunei but I used a little extra of the SWHulu and was feeling very impressed by the burn then a sudden irritation..

My intuition tells me these additional Three are fire so although it may seem silly to keep them on my radar due to a cool and unusual name to me, I still want them and the names are a huge drive for me.

Im pretty jealous. I like bents but so much of the time I cant find anything good. Maybe someone here has some good sedating bents and will offer to sell me some
Or sometjong goodand SEDATING im dying tofind sometjing to help me sleep!!
