DTE Review of Reds, Golds and Yellows From Xmas Drop till Today

Post by WhiteAngelica »

So someone on Reddit said a few months ago that DTE's Arctic Red Dragon was a fast red and potent painkiller, and I was able to harness that feedback just in time to order a couple of bags before the drop ended. It was incredible, so I kept an eye on the forthcoming holiday drop.

Arctic Red Dragon: Stimulation 10, Mood 10, Analgesia 10.

Between Arctic Red Dragon and what was forthcoming, I got the rare but desperately sought after obsession of mine--fast reds. This time it was Red Rudolph and ordered enough to last me through the next couple of months. Even in mid-April, I consume Red Rudolph every single day. I would diversify as much as I could, but I'm looking for pain relief, potency and stimulation and apparently that is a tall order from the universe.

Red Rudolph: Stimulation 10, Mood 10, Analgesia 10 and long legs.

I also ordered mid and slower strains from the same drop, and also from the Select Series. What is cool about the latter is it will stick around and if not in stock at the moment, it will be. Drops, on the other hand, are transient jewels.

From that last drop, I noted that Yuletime Yellow was said to be a fast and mood elevating selection and indeed, it is exactly that and works beautifully along or when blended with a red of any speed. You can even get the wobbles if you don't start low enough!

Yuletime Yellow: Stimulation/energy 9.5 Mood 10, and Analgesia: Unsure, as I blended it with strong reds. VERY POTENT.

At this point, as kind of a DTE virgin, I realized that golds and yellows are especially this vendors' forté. I will asterisk what is actually available currently, and those that are no longer available. This is just to establish a pattern. The golds and yellows? The reds, either ideally fast, midspec or slow, all of it worth it, excellent, and meets my budgetary needs. Please note I didn't try greens or whites but reds, golds and blends and some of these aren't currently available. Some may be selling bits or larger bits of what they have, so file that one away. Others are still on the menu, which I've indicated and also if they are part of the Select Series line. I'm also aware of what the next drop holds and sampled two forthcoming reds, one of which particularly blew my pants off.

Midnight Sleigh Ride: Slow red from the last drop, blissful and sleepy. Stimulation: 3, Mood: 8, Analgesia 9. Thought this would be my favorite of the drop, but was proven wrong! That was Rudolph, Yuletide Yellow, 3 Year Anniversary, and Holidaze Gold. Still, I'm hoarding what little I have left.

Red Bali Super K19 From the K19 drop, rumored to be entirely midspec and that is exactly what it is. Fast? No. Slow. Nah. Stimulation: 5, Mood 6-8, Analgesia 8

*PRMD18 (Premium Red MD 18, Select Series) G5: Select Series, so if not on menu, will be back along with its cousin, Premium MD 18. If you are looking for a faster version of this, consult PMD18. Meanwhile: Stimulation: 4, Mood: 8, Analgesia: 10 and I highly suggest blending this one with a little Old Growth Yellow Indo for a euphoria cocktail. It is a must in my rotation.

*Premium Red Bali (Select Series) G5: Pleasantly surprised. Slow, wonderful mood enhancement, pain obliteration and pairs perfectly with Elder Tree Gold for a killer blend. Stimulation: 4, Mood 8, Analgesia 9

*Super Red MD A24 (Select Series): The jury is out. This is a new one for me. Analgesia: 10, Stimulation 2, Mood: Not getting much yet. Let me fool around with it.

*Elder Tree Gold (Select Series): Stop what you are doing. It is available. Slay me if you don't agree, my body would that you for it. Powdered gold. It's just gold, golden and a complexity that is hard to find words for other than euphoria city. You could blend it with mud and it would be wonderful, but don't do that. It is available! Stimulation: 5, Mood 10, Analgesia: Good. I can't give you a number. This is beyond a numerical scale and is...something else.

*Old Growth Yellow Indo: This is from the K19 drop and have no idea why it isn't sold out, but you are in luck. Get it before the getting is gone. I found out this one magically blends with everything in a euphoric wave that went seemingly underrated by the community. I bought some during the holiday drop. I bought backup. Now, I may get some backup again. Stimulation: 4-5, Mood: 9, Analgesia 9. It's just plain bliss, folks.

Holidaze Gold: Part of the Holiday Drop but if you run into it, get it. Works beautifully with anything, absolute anything to deliver the lightest and freshest, happiest euphoria. The word light is key. Stimulation: 3, Mood 10, Analgesia: 8-9

Wild Gold Bali K19: This is a bag I'm thrilled I scored while I had the chance. It seemed like folks were not wholly interested until they were very interested and it was completely gone. For a cup of joy, I blended 1/2 Wild Gold Bali with 1/2 Old Growth Yellow Indo. I slept beautifully. I wasn't depressed. My pain wasn't killing me. I have also done 1/2 Gold Bali with 1/2 Holidaze for times that are stressful and generally terrible. It's like, a gentle hand. So, stimulation:4-5, Mood 8, Analgesia, 8

3 Year Anniversary Blend: Around the time of the holiday drop, maybe earlier. Someone called it a pain vacuum. I called their bluff. They were dead on. It's perfection in a bag and of course, I found out late in the game. If you see it around and someone wants to offload it, give yourself the gift that keeps on giving. Stimulation: 3.5, Mood: 10, Analgesia: 10. The latter two categories could go even higher, as per need.

Conclusion: the Select Series items are present and if not, they will be. Elder Tree is a strong rec, among the others noted above. In a forthcoming drop, expect a low in stimulation but 10s across the board OG Red Embaloh. I still have no idea if any of the other reds have any stimulating properties but from memory, he has Super Red JK, Red Bika, 20 Year Red Sakit. No yellows or golds but get the Elder Tree and the Old Growth Yellow Indo because once the OGYI K19 is out, it is out.

When I had enough for the Wild Gold Bali, that's when it disappeared.
It was there for what seemed like months.
I'm sorry about all of your life stuff and I'm glad you're back. This review is pretty awesome. I really liked that red too, the Arctic Red Dragon one.
It had a super cool kick
.Like I said, I ordered some of the Elder Tree Gold and hope it's as good for me as it was for you.

Yeah I'm digging this Elder Tree Gold a lot. Feels like a warm old school gold. Blends well also.
