The question I find more useful is:
What can I actually verify before spending money?
I recently took a closer look at Jack Botanicals, and instead of asking whether it was simply “good” or “bad,” I looked at the things I'd want to check with any online vendor.
“Lab tested” sounds reassuring, but those two words alone don't tell us much. I want to know whether useful lab documentation/COAs are available and whether buyers can actually understand what was tested.
A cheaper bag isn't necessarily a cheaper order.
Quantity + shipping + discounts + delivery options can completely change the final cost. I think comparing the actual checkout value is much more useful than comparing one advertised number.
Processing time gets overlooked.
“Fast shipping” might describe the carrier service without telling you how long the vendor takes to process the order. For anyone who cares about delivery time, that's an important distinction.
This is where I think Jack Botanicals becomes interesting to compare.
Instead of asking “Who says they're the best?”, I prefer asking:
Who gives buyers enough information to decide for themselves?
That's the standard I've been using when looking at Jack Botanicals and other vendors: testing information, product details, policies, pricing, shipping information and how easily important claims can be checked.
I wouldn't tell anyone to buy from a vendor simply because it appears on a “Top 10” list. Check the evidence yourself.
I'm particularly interested in hearing from people here who have actually ordered from Jack Botanicals.
What was your experience?
Was shipping reasonably quick?
Were you satisfied with the documentation/transparency?
How did the value compare with other vendors you've used?
Anything you think a first-time buyer should know?
I'd genuinely like to see how the community's real experiences compare with what can be verified online.
