I ordered from here about a month or so ago. A kilo shipped air freight was cheap and I didn't mind waiting.

First they told me it had shipped, then they told me they confused my order with another and mine wouldn't ship until january. Whatever. Fine.

Then they tell me it has arrived and is ready to ship but now I have to pay 9.20 shipping from there clearing house in the US. No where was I told this would happen and i'm fairly certain it doesn't cost 9 bucks to ship 1 kilo.

I was angered but said whatever and paid and gave them my shipping address again, then they said they were shipping to my billing address, I corrected them and they said they corrected it.

Then I get a text from the clearing house and they DID ship it to my billing address but they could have it held at the post office near my billing address which is not exactly close to me. They haven't found it at the post office yet, I will have to check back tomorrow with the tracking number.

So a month later, 2 hours drive, and 9 bucks more than I planned to spend and I still don't have it and it very well be unrecoverable and i'll have to do a charge back or get a refund I am a reasonable guy and I don't make a fuss often, but this is absurd.

I highly advise anyone thinking about ordering from here to be aware.

BorneoHale is a Wholesaler. That's their business .. You could order a BorneoHale kilo from a major US vendor, $75 with a Split 4 ways and you'd have it in 2 days. Same product.

Many problems, blame it on the "USA kratom game" I guess... FDA is one issue. The US vendor won't admit they're buying 5 Tons, 5000 kilos from BorneoHale .. it's a big fat secret. Indo Supplier same way, it's a big secret who's stocking their product.

Yes some Indo wholesalers have a Retail website, but... I'm starting to think a Indo website is a BAD idea. Some Indo suppliers Do Not have a website. Americans think, hey look, they're selling a whole kilo for $30 bucks! (plus Shipping.) Wow!! Where do I order?

There's a Language Barrier. Indo paid some dude to design the website. They "forget to post" a whole page of FAQ stuff about, Risk in shipping 1 kilo, hassle of shipping 1 kilo, possible FDA seizeure of 1 kilo, using a Clearing House to ship 1 kilo, and nobody at BorneoHale really cares about 1 kilo anyway, their main business is selling 5000 kilos.

Sorry man. I'd say about HALF the time, lately, it's complaints and problems when ordering from Indo. Roll the Dice I guess?

What a disaster. I feel sorry for you but wonder why you would go thru all that just to order 1 KG.

I had a 5kg pack from KratomKrumbs ordered a few years back while they were still trying to use Paypal OMG the headaches. Besides Paypal continually shutting down their accounts and phone calls with them asking if I really wanted to send 250$ to a friend in indo the pack eventually landed and ended up being held by the FDA until I could prove that it wasn't for human consumption. I had a picture of the shipping label with the tracking and it said "incense material". So much for innocent until proven guilty.

In the meantime, this was when the DEA made their move, I placed an order for 5 Kgs with Borneohale and paid with BTC and it landed within 8 days of me ordering. No problems and only 2 emails in the chain. Prices were skyrocketing at this time hence my Indo order

The pack the FDA had was sent back to Indo and I paid like another $70 or so to have the 5 Kgs reshipped from KK and it did land as well but their were and I shit you not 80+ emails in the chain. I was thinking of these guys driving around and sending me emails in the middle of the night from their I Phone. The English and communication was good but it was just a F'ed up situation.

I always have enough supply and am never in a hurry to get packages it's just not worth the headaches and possible seizure ordering abroad.

wOw thats crazy. Thanks for sharing that story.. Seems clear that its gotten worse. Right "now", small orders are not worth it.

Over the weekend, I got involved in a HUGE hassle on FB, Scammers group a USA buyer was blasting a reputable, Indo supplier.

Didi Sanusi is a well respected, small "Farmer" on the Indo Supplier List - I say Farmer because he's actually located up river, near Hulu Kapuas village where he harvests kratom. He sells in BULK to other Indo's down in Pontianak. Had his own group on FB.

The dude claims he got "scammed" on 1 Kilo .. bunch of people, both Indo and USA, were like, No Way he's not ripping anyone for 1 single fuckin' Kilo... turns out it WAS shipped by UPS, in a Group Buy / through a Customs Broker.

That's what Indo's are doing now, to get around FDA and US Customs. It works! However... Brokers charge a Fee. $200 bucks. No problem if you're doing a load of 500 kilos... But a small load of 7 kilos, doesn't make much sense. Then... there's the language barrier.

Long story, Bottom Line... His 1 Kilo is sitting in UPS warehouse, cleared customs ( thanks to Broker.) waiting to be picked up. But the American dork won't bother to run Tracking # or make a phone call... He's too busy posting screen shots & accusing Indo of scam.. And.. right on cue, 5 other idiots chime in, suggest he snitch to PayPal, and file a charge back.

Our Borneohale experience (as a vendor ourselves) is very bad as well. They recently sent us some sickmaking products, refused to replace them and then called me a liar. This is after being a loyal customer of their's pretty much from the beginning (wholesale, too). Did a lot for them, even wrote reviews on their website. I've heard this pattern from others as well, they are nice for a while and suddenly they will rip you off right out of the blue and stop all communication. I'd avoid them like the plague.

Well OK, you're a vendor and you're in Europe not USA? One of THE most popular, online, USA vendors stocks "Cambodian" and other strains from BorneoHale .. There are many, many, positive reviews for those strains, and that supplier.

That USA vendor continues to import from BorneoHale, and those strains are still excellent! Over 2 years now. Just the facts, sorry to hear your experience was bad. Its very different for others here in USA.

Well that's not really a surprise is it, that they leave the large money cows happy and decide to rip off the smaller vendors when they feel like it. It has nothing to do with location btw, just with the difference between larger and smaller vendors.
