Liza’s Botanicals loves her customers

Hi all!
I’m new to Double M herbals reviews however I am a long time patron of kratom leaf. That being said I’ve ordered around quite a bit (Going on 8 years) and I can say that I haven’t experienced the level of care Liza’s affords to her customers. I had a situation where my current stock became ruined and I was left without. I’m not above going to the head shops in a pinch but I think we can all agree that is Shang hi-way robbery. I had previously ordered from Liza before with nothing more than the brief normal communication for payment. I was pleasantly surprised that every strain I ordered was worth while as I’m used to being a little disappointed with sample orders. Long story short I needed to have my order overnighted to me but there wasn’t anything on the Liza’s website that offered that service. I reached out to ask her about it, not expecting much. This woman actually went out of her way that same day to go the post office and overnight my package especially for me. I was super happy and super impressed. She’s an angel in my eyes for that and I just wanted to sing her praises here a little bit. Liza goes above and beyond for her customers and her strains are just as good as she is. That is all.

I agree, Liza has excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful to me when I was making my first order.

I am pretty new to kratom and still kind of trying to figure out what works for me, but her Happy Go Lucky strain was great. It was calming and mood lifting-the name is pretty accurate. I ordered in early September if that helps anyone batch-wise!

Agreed!! Liza has exceptional customer service and care. Also Liza has quality kratom from a variety of sources/indo vendors. Not everything is a standout, just like basically every vendor, and her leaf works for some and for others not so much. Just the fickle nature of kratom. Me personally, I've had really good success rates ordering from Liza. And I Love that with Liza you can split your orders up to 5 ways (for quarters, half kilos, and kilos), which is something not a lot of vendors offer. And her variety is insane (somewhat overwhelming sometimes). Ballz once said she had the most variety- I forgot the number of strains- but she has something for everyone, and is will help you out with choices if you don't know where to start. She's a sweetheart.

But she does truly go above and beyond for customer service. Long story short- when I was short funds, she sent me an email cause she hadn't heard from me in awhile. I told her my situation and that I wanted to place an order cause my mother loves Liza's Red Malay to help sleep and I was running low on it, and my mother's birthday was coming up, but I just didn't have any funds to spare. Liza asks me what type of kratom my mom likes. I tell her, and then she sends me a quarter kilo Red Malay and 6 different 1-ounce samples for my mother to try. For free. That just blew me away. I'm aware other vendors do kind things like this for others, it just never happened to me.

Recent favorites from Liza over past 3/4 months: Green Kali, Red Jambu, Green Harmony, Red House, Super Green Elephant, Relaxer Elixer, Red Md is usual strong and consistent, and I've loved her Red Hulu and Red Pucuk in the past but have not had any recent batches

Agree with everyone else. She's awesome, and I've had intimate conversations with her about how her products have helped me combat PTSD. She's sent me free samples a few times. I'm the biggest fan of Happy Go Lucky. I've had a few different batches over the last year or so, with great success. I had a red that didn't do much, when I was looking for something to put me down at night, but I've had a few greens and whites that were all as advertised. I literally came here tonight to make sure everything is still good and hasn't changed since my last order. Not surprised to see Liza's getting so much love. As long as she's available and her selling habits don't change, I'm a lifelong customer. I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Same here ,I love everything about Lizas it's like being part of a family that really cares about helping.I have to check out other vendors because this leaf is my obsession and I cant get enough info on it.But I will always stick with Liza. Shes my awesome customer service,easy website and most importantly QUALITY Kratom.

I have to agree, I just recently ordered the Happy Go lucky actually off a reccomendation from GrannyJ62 and loved it, and her customer service was definitely the best, had my package shipped as fast as I could pay, literaly.

O yes I love her Happy go Lucky and I love that hit your sweet spot,right now I'm stocking up her white tanjung and lhok who knew I'd love these whites but yes her variety is krazy and shes definitely got a couple piece of my heart
