I have ordered his red dragon, complex 2,,red bali and red borneo, all were excellent quality, but I texted a order to him 2 weeks ago and still no response, I had a question about the borneo, and he texted me back,,I think he was upset about my question,said he wasn't taking any more orders,,my son ordered from him,no problems, but I am getting no response,, I guess he black balled me,,I just asked about the color of powder,he explained, but now I am not getting any responses to orders I am trying to place? ?

He's been really backed up on orders recently.
Check the "General Kratom" discussion board. There are 2 or 3 different threads on K OG.

Oletimer, I think he's so backed up he's not responding to new orders right now.

Unfortunately for some, a kratom BOOM has happened over the past YEAR.

On Facebook, I see dozens of NEW folks, with n00bie questions: "My first time!", "Where can I buy this?" etc. Reddit the same way - It's frustrating, half the questions can be answered by reading. Seems like nobody wants to Search, to find answers?

KOG has a great reputation. Everybody wants quality kratom! Let's say Harry gets 100 orders during the day. Very likely... remember RVA gets 400 orders in just a few hours, after posting re-stock. That's 400 separate buyers!

Lets say KOG gets 100 orders.. At roughly the same time. Naturally he's going to pick large orders first - Then regular customers second. He stops at 60 - KOG is now a Bulk seller. Many vendors can't afford to do Sample Packs / Ounce sales anymore. Times have changed!

Fast Shipping is going bye-bye, too.. People go crazy expect their kratom in 3 days.. Sorry! Big Bold letters: Processing takes 5 business days!! Maybe got tired of n00bs filing a Chargeback when they didn't get Tracking the very next day...
