Liza's Customer service

We all know she (they?) have gotten stellar reviews, but I decided that since the business model requires following up and word of mouth, I should write this. I hit a snag during payment. Wasn't sure what to do, so I contacted them and they were extremely chill about it all. When things were straight, I was followed up on. Whoever I was talking to was really pleasant. Knew from this forum to expect that, but this is how customer service should be done. They will have my business, for sure.

When i ordered from Lizas I actually changed my mind after i placed the order so i contacted Lizas email and whoever worked with me was also very pleasant and had the patience of a saint! They fixed my order up for me and shipped it out the next day.
