I placed an order yesterday morning, but still haven't received an email from them about where to send a payment. They haven't responded by email either.

Yes I have ordered a couple times recently.... Just received my newest order this morning and loving it!!! Which site did you order from??? Kraydokratom or kraydoorganics?? Cuz that doesn't make sense I have talked to Jake tons in the last couple weeks and he is always on point with replies.... Granted he had a site and processor snafu in last couple days so I'm sure he's crazy, but still.... Let me know if I can help in anyway, and hope you enjoy your order as much as I am and I'm sure will continue to!

Huh?? You are saying there's TWO different "sites" Thats gotta be confusing as hell

Yes he had switched over to his new site at the end of the week when the new restock was posted.... But something has happened with it since already I'm told. So I was just trying to confirm that o.p. knew to place order on the older site still which is kraydokratom. com
Totally get how it can be complicated and confusing Jake is trying to smoothie it all out fast as he can from what I gather.

I ordered from them about 3, 4 weeks ago, got his green elephant and red malay along with white borneo and md,,he thru in a nice sample of green horn and bent,,,didn't think much about the elephant or malay, the whites are decent, I still have all I ordered, which were just oz. Sizes, the only one that knocked my socks off was the green horn,,hit hard,euphoria amazing, it's all gone,so I don't think I will order again, I am hesitant whether the green horn would be the same batch, I'd hate to order a big order of green hiorn,,and find its not like the 1st one,,

Wow! Crazy how different it really can be for all of us. I have been absolutely loving the two different batches I got from Kraydo in the last month.... I posted a multi strain review couple weeks ago and will have some more strains to add this week. But back to before lol in contrast the Elephant is one of my favorite Greens that I have ever had and that Red Malay is one of my newest fav bed time burns! I don't really burn much white at all unless it's a relaxing strain which are few n far between it seems, and even if there's word of them around I'm still reluctant in fear of it being too fast for my liking. I will say that I am having a difficult time with his Bent tho. Fermented strains supposedly have a tendency to be that way but not usually for me, I tend to really enjoy them. I think that I may be figuring this one out finally after a few different doses, times of day, as well as in some blends. Sorry to hear that you weren't that impressed Oletimer maybe come back to it or give them another go in the near future as I wouldn't write them off...definitely good quality, the best customer service I have ever received, and the pricing on the split options is rather good imo.

There's only ONE site: kraydo-organics.com - That's been the SAME for, over 1 year, afaik ??

Not sure exactly why there is confusion - In this case - Many vendors, not just Kraydo, do HIDE their kratom on the website and a Search word is needed to FIND the kratom ... Some vendors its "speciosa" others its "matcha", ALL vendors are different, of course 200 websites & some are good & others are shitty.

Remember you can use the Vendor List as a handy way to shop!! Click on each Strain LINK --> takes you directly to each vendor's hidden "Kratom Page". Or.. Right Click, Open website in new Tab. Browse through 40 vendors that way.

There is kraydo-organics.com and there is kraydokratom.com due to a technical issue with the kraydo-organics.com site and other issues he has to revert back to the kraydokratom.com for now is all. I was just trying to clear it up for others here on the forum as well. It is unfortunate what happened and I feel terrible for Jake he's a great guy that I've chatted with quite a bit recently. Hope this explains a little bit better if anyone has questions feel free to PM me or use Jake's contact methods from the site...

I suspect you might have to crop your screenshot but thanks for the update, ajestry. Since he has a decenty array of strains and I finally got paid (changed banks so had to get a paper check), I'm going to place an order. It was confusing with the 2 websites!

You can grab and scroll the screenshot, shouldnt need to be cropped. Let me know what ya order and what you think!!!
