Botanical Bunny - White MD JongKong

Recently, I've been getting excited about Botanical Bunny and their kratom selection. I'm sure most of you have purchased from or at least have heard of BB. I've purchased a few strains from them so far and one of my personal favorites is their White MD JongKong. This is just a review of how it effects me and what I like about it.

Relaxation - 9/10
This strain isn't a very fast strain like most whites tend to be. I like to enjoy this strain while sitting back and relaxing so I can get sucked into the feelings that it provides. It's a good one to burn while watching your favorite television shows or YouTube videos because it promotes sitting in one spot and not moving around much. It allows you to focus and almost get lost in what you're watching or doing at the moment. I enjoy it because I can use it during the day or I can use it before bed. I've experienced no problems with staying awake or getting to sleep.

Energy - 5/10
As I mentioned above this is not a very energetic strain. It doesn't knock me out like some reds do but it doesn't present a super energy boost like greens are capable of. I've found that enjoying this strain with a cup of coffee almost puts me at the perfect level of being chilled out but also awake and ready to get work done. This effect can also be obtained by blending it with an energetic green. It's great for blending with other strains to zero in on that perfect combination of desired effects.

Euphoria - 9/10
This is one of the more euphoric strains that I've tried over the years. It gives me a nice body buzz not unlike some stronger substances but without the intensity and come down that illicit chemicals facilitate. I find myself closing my eyes when I'm relaxing with this strain and falling into a nice sense of well-being, aligned with a substantial mood lift. With that said, I don't burn this strain more than once every few days or I find that the positive effects diminish.

Pain Relief - 7/10
The analgesic properties of this strain are above average. I've had some reds that provide more pain relief but this one holds its own. I have minor back problems which don't really call for me to take medication regularly but when I burn this, I notice that I don't need to stretch my back out as often to alleviate the pain. I wouldn't burn this strain if pain relief was my main requirement but what it does provide is acceptable.

Overall - 9/10
As mentioned above, this White MD JongKong from Botanical Bunny is one of my favorite strains. It delivers with all the effects that I look for in kratom and it compliments other strains very well when blended. I would highly recommend this strain if you use kratom for depression/anxiety or just for a mood lift on an off day. Enjoy!

Nice review. I was surprised to see how dark the powder is in the pic on their website, maybe the darkest white I've ever seen.

Great review, thanks! Always on the lookout for great white strains. Interesting that it's not very energetic. Also, you mention you get quite a bit of euphoria from it. I'm the same way - white strains are very euphoric for me as well, whereas a lot of people claim they don't get much euphoria from them. Interesting how everyone is so different.

The batch that I received is pretty light. I see what you're saying about their picture though.

This is definitely my favorite white at the moment. It's different than other whites, that's for sure. I, personally, like greens and whites since I'm more looking for the mood lift than pain relief but i like a red when I'm settling down in the evening. BB's Chocolate JongKong takes the cake for nighttime strains in my opinion. It puts me to sleep every time haha. I'm very impressed with what BB has right now.
