I placed an order on their site and paid through Zapper - payment was processed successfully. Three days later, and no emails (apart from a marketing email asking me to order something), so I went to my account page and checked the order status - it says "canceled" with no further explanation and no refund on the payment. Did I just get scammed? It was almost 2 kilos worth of various strains.

If this is the wrong place for this, or if I'm breaking some rule I don't know of, I apologize.

Kat's Botanical(not KATZ) is a legitimate trustworthy vendor that has recenly had problems with its payment methods. Get in touch with customer support via email or phone (during business hours) and I'm sure they will resolve this. They have a Facebook group as well.

Kats, not Katz - yes. Sorry. I meant Kats. I keep typing katz in search tho, so that's likely why I can't find anything, ^_^

Good to hear they will take care of it. I hope I don't have payment issues tho because the app is showing that the payment went through.

Kats Botanicals, is totally Legit - he was 1 of many, many, vendors who lost their Processor recently - I know Kats just started using "Zapper" its brand new, nobody knows much about Zapper .. sounds real goofy. The problem isn't Kats or the vendor, the problem everywhere, is payments.

Pretty soon, we're all gonna need a Bitcoin account, or good luck paying for any kratom!

They responded this morning - said their internal fraud detection canceled the order and that they didn't see the notification? But they fixed it and sent me tracking. Not sure what fraud there would be if I already paid. But whatever. Resolved though, I suppose. So long as it arrives.

For those who dont know whats going on, there are certain larger vendors who have people report other vendors. Pretend to make an order, then report it to the processor.

I think we are not going to take new clients because of the amount of processors we go through. Katz has been around a while, hes a legit guy.

Harry, who are these big vendors? Online business or just head shop? Greedy pricks monopolizing the emerging kratom market. I heard UIO does unscrupulous vigilante rat shit justified by a self-righteous attitude about GMP standards and safety, "Where just protecting our leaf from the FDA by destroying your business man". Monopoly capitalism at its worst. Protect yourself.

Wade is funny and a great guy. He has these things every Wednesday, called, ‘Wades Wednesdays’. You hop onto fb with the Kats Hangout closed group community and can win giveaways and learn all sorts of stuff.

Ive been following Kats Botanicals since the very beginning. (Well the beginning for me was a little less than a year ago)! Anyway,

Wade makes tons of video about all sorts of diff aspects involving the safety of Kray and plenty other stuff too.

Prices may be a little higher but there prodcts are fresh and good so i dont worry about extra prices.

It’s a trade off for any of us. For me, I will pay the extra and be assured it will get to me safe and sound.
Just like K-OG, you want quality leaf? May be a little more than some but you won’t be disappointed.

My Kats order finally arrived today. Packaged well, and order was correct. Packaging is probably the nicest and most professional of any place I've ordered from.

Tonight (2nd burn), I tried half Wild Red Bali, 1/4 Dark Elephant, and 1/4 White Elephant. Not sure why I decided to blend rather than just try them one at a time, but this has been a real joy so far. Good mood. Nice pain relief. Mild euphoria.

My wife tried Digital Buddha - She liked it at first, but said she's starting to feel a bit nauseated. She's been having this issue with stronger stuff lately, so I'm just taking it to mean it's kinda strong. Otherwise, she says she feels good, and she's not as nauseous as she has been with some other things.

Anyway - I can confirm that this place is legit, and that their kratom is legit.

Glad you had a good experience! Kats is one of the best, most consistent vendors out there. Justin is good people. Its a pity theyve had so much trouble with payments lately but its an issue all the vendors need to deal with.

I personally find Kats B’s packaging to be one of the coolest out there that I’ve seen. The bags have a cool style and design and seem pretty sturdy too!

Instead of just the same ol’ same ol’ colored bags with a window ...lool

Today, I tried another blend of two... I think Yellow Sunda (which was included as a sample) and Super Thai? I'll have to double check. Also put in a little Premium Red from DGs.

It was relaxing, but that's about it. Didn't help my anxiety out in public, didn't last very long, and was about a 3.5/5 overall - I've had worse for sure. I'll try Green Sunda by itself in the next few days.

Okay - didn't want to wait and had Green Sunda as a second burn of the day - I also ate right after, so didn't give it much chance. Despite this, it is treating me real nice. Thanks for the recommend.
