Sumbawa Kratom Rip Off

Ordered from Sumbawa March sale. It’s been 4 weeks and my package hasn’t been shipped. Refuses to reimburse me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM. RIP OFF

This is a supplier, not a vendor. It’s a better idea to order from USA vendors.

You mis-understand the deal - When ordering from Indo.. there is NO Refund!! And, the RISK is much higher.. But You wanted to save a few bucks? OK, but then you roll the dice... oops! I hear these stories ALL the time... And the past 6 months, have been especially BAD for Import, shipping problems, US Customs seizures, delays, etc.

How was it shipped? What carrier? You say 4 weeks? I had a DHL package shipped in November and it was 8 WEEKS later, I was finally contacted & told that US Customs was holding my package.

i think he is saying that its been four weeks and hasn't received any proof it has been shipped. do indo suppliers even provide tracking numbers though? international shipping/mail is a headache. it can takes months to get packages here in mexico that is guaranteed by the us post office in a few days. once it crosses the border all bets are off. i would imagine its the same on the way out, and that probably could be applied to most places in south east asia.

ive been tempted to see how long it would take for something from indonesia to mexico, but that, im sure, is an expensive experiment.

1.If you wanna buy directly from Indonesia, you should asking tracking number/airwaybill/Bill Of Lading.
Fedex,DHL and other international freight forwarding have branch in Indonesia
2. Asking for free sample. Good seller must have some stock as sample to make prospective buyer become confidence about the quality of product.
3. Asking for surveyor/laboratory report about the product. A genuine seller must have it.
4. Do not buy in big amount if this is your first transaction with seller outside your country.

I haven't found a single supplier that is willing to part with a sample. Each consider a 4 strain kilo of stuff you've never tried before to be a special deal, others have a minimum requirement that you order 3-4 kilos. But the big issue is samples, and literally no one will provide a sample and expect you pay for something based on faith and faith alone.

I have Indo Samples for sale, and I'll be listing several diff ones this week on Trading Post!

Indo suppliers are NOT setup for Retail - their business is Wholesale. You are correct a 4-strain kilo, like we buy from U.S. vendors.. a split kilo is rarely if ever, sold from Indo.. Their minimum size is usually 1 strain 1 kilo, but more likely 5 kilos and up.

Still not sure what's happening with Sumbawa ... Very nice website, however I suspect they are very small in terms of volume.
