Ordering Process: Really easy, website is laid out logically with a large selection. Almost immediately after placing my order I was contacted via email with further instructions. Once the order was complete I received confirmation. Total time less than 15 min. Grade: A

Packaging: Bright Gold Resealable package, clearly labelled with product name and batch #. Grade: A

Product Review -
Color: Light brown with a red hue
Smell or taste: Typical smell but since I cap my kratom I can't give any feedback on the taste
Sedation: Really effective, kicked in within 30 min (keep in mind I take via caps); Could barely keep my eyes open but all 3 times I've taken it was at night. 5 out of 5 on 5 pt scale.
Pain Relief: Very minimum pain relief, I would say a 2 on a 5 pt scale.
Euphoric: Not existent based on the 3 times I took it. 0 on a 5 pt scale.

Summary - I would give Relaxer Elixer a Grade of C+ when I take all things in consideration. Ordering process and packaging was done right, the product itself was good for sleep and in fact was one of the reasons I choose this strain but the pain relief was not up to par with other products I've used and as stated the Euphoric effect was non-existent. If your need is simply to address sleep issues it will do the job; I'll continue to use mine at night for that exact reason but if you are hoping for any of the traditional Kratom benefits you may be disappointed.

Liza’s Relaxer Elixir really is wonderful for sleep. This is the only blend or strain that I have ever tried that actually helps me sleep. I actually enjoyed it, for the small amount of time I was awake. Most kratom, although some are relaxing, do not actually help me sleep. Relaxer Elixer keeps me from keeping myself awake! Even when I am in an overactive state, it just lulls me to sleep, and I stay asleep the entire night. I have yet to stay awake long enough to evaluate the other qualities.
