Best Buy Botanicals

To preface this I would just like to say that a good 3/4 of the kratom I’ve gotten the past year has been garbage, and I’ve gotten it from a wide variety of sources. Quality across the board is utter shit. (Sosa seems to be an exception as his stuff is largely effective and of good quality.)

Anyhow, I placed an order with Best Buy Botanicals for the first time. I searched this forum for info on this vendor and found literally one old thread. So I figured I would share.

I would also like to note that regardless of quality, every other vendor I’ve used has been very fast with very good communication. This was my first problem with BBB. I placed an order and my payment was processed almost immediately. However, after almost two days I’d heard nothing about my order being shipped. So I called, and the woman who answered (“hello?”) seemed surprised I had called and confused in general about what was going on. She told me the reason for the delay was they just started using removed and wanted to make sure it wasn’t rejected. But it had already posted, so this didn’t make sense. So I emailed her, and the next day I got an email back saying it was going out that day. It wasn’t the worst customer service or slowest process ever, but it wasn’t great, and it was definitely the worst I’ve had from a kratom vendor. Whole operation seems unprofessional.

Oh well, let’s see how the actual kratom is. I ordered 250g of “super Indo” and then a sample pack of several different kinds. So far I’ve tried them all except the green elephant and not a single one (including the “super Indo”) has had any effect whatsoever. More garbage kratom. Can’t say I’m surprised or that I even hold it against BBB, since this seems to be the norm now.

Either way, will not purchase from there again.

I believe at some point last year I recall seeing best buy on the vendor list possibly, but I would imagine for this very reason plus possible others is why there were removed? Not totally positive tho, correct me if I'm wrong....

No surprise! She's a home owner in Virginia, investor, enjoys kratom herself and figured, Hey why not BE a vendor ?? Hmm I found an Indo (prob 1 of dozens of Indo re-seller trolls on FB!) Found an Indo who would sell her $35 kilos. She looked around, saw the many rip-off vendors and figured, sure why not?

Popup!! Oct 2017.. The irritating thing about Best Buy, she spammed Reddit for months and months... Every kratom sub on Reddit, there were like 50 back in 2017, every sub got spammed with her Big Bold advertisement Low Prices!! Sure a bunch of ppl got sucked in by the prices BUT! Almost nobody had a good review about the service OR quality... One dude, obviously a shill, popped up in every discussion of BBB giving her rave "reviews".. She got banned pretty quick on r/kratom...

So, pretty good example of a Popup w/ no business plan. They START out buying 1 load from Indo... Maybe 100 kilos whatever. Some of these popups I'd swear have less than < 20 kilos lol Anyway her, and her friends, picked over the good strains (If any) and what's left is bunk and there's 300 online vendors SO.. sure, she prob sold a bunch of price shoppers. Eventually her initial stock ran out. Sales slow.. NO re-stock.. But, you think they're gonna take down the website? No Way!!

Best Buy Botanicals was NEVER on the Vendor List ... don't confuse them with "Best Blends", aka herniated hermit. He went OOB.

My apologies, thanks for the correction BD!! That's exactly what happened, I confused the name with best blends you're right. When you're good you're good.... And you're good you!!! Hahaha
