Smiley Time Strain Review

Note that I gravitate toward greens but I enjoy and use all "vein colors".
All the following were purchased within the last 2-3 weeks. I've tried 8 of the 13 strains I have and will edit others in later.
The PMD was a sample of his new batch. Of course, i ordered a large qty the very next day.
PMD - 9 - Mid/Fast - 5g
SG#3 - 8 - Mid Spec - 5g
G. Monster - 8 - Mid/Fast - 5g
Prem R. Thai - 8 - Mid/Slow - 5g
R. Smile - 6.5 - Slow - 5g
YHK - 6.5- Mid Spec - 6g
R. Sandai - 6 - Slow - 5g
GHK - 6 - Mid Spec - 6g
All strains so far have been good if not GREAT in my experience. The variety offered at STH is excellent. I'll also add that the 6.5 ratings could easily be 7s. I did that due to my own indicision between the two ratings.
REFERENCE
My rating index. A single strain can fluxuate several levels within this index. Just depends on personal variables at the moment of use (diet, supplimentation, sleep, exercise, use intervals, etc.) Kratom is strange like that.
0 = not kratom, something else
1-2 = might be kratom but caused negative side effects
3-4 = Kratom but with minimal effects. Forgettable
5-6 = Decent kratom and works as intended
7-8 = Excellent Kratom with great results. Recommeded
9-10 = Exceptional kratom by current standards. Personal favorite. Typically batch exclusive but can be found with some consistency for a limited tine with a solid vendor.
Also, I use a digital scale and i've added MY "optimum" dosage to give you some idea of the potency between the strains. I do lower that dose to find a "sweet spot" based on my pain level and how hard my depression is baring down at that moment. This can balance MY pain and depression relief. I rarely go beyond that dose because it typically boggs me down and/or worsens my depression symptoms over time.
Lastly, my tolerance is pretty high after over 5 years of use but I do try and manage it. I do not recommend MY dosages to anyone other than ME. Always keep in mind that with kratom, less can mean more.
Have a Smiley Sunday!
