Several complaints surfacing in the scamming groups pertaining to this vendor. Numerous people reporting getting sick. One guy ended up in hospital. Centennial was contacted and blocked all customers complaining. This is all the info I have at the moment. As always, the scammer group requested receipts, which were provided. Poster #2 is looking for a lab to get it tested but unfortunately its all been open or unsealed it sounds like. I want to say I DO NOT KNOW THESE PEOPLE - as always, I take all complaints with a grain of salt. However, I find it concerning enough because I have seen the vendor mentioned in this forum and feel its better to proceed with caution. Thanks!!

Here's the posts:

I've had a few mishaps with a company that my mother and I used to buy from A LOT called Centennial Harvest. They're based just south of Atlanta, where I'm from. It felt good to be helping out a local company. But, when we started to get products from them that just made us feel BAD and told them about it, the normally responsive owners never replied.
Be warey of their stuff.

HI all, I'm new to this site. I need to report a company for selling me very bad kratom. Made 3 members of my family very sick. We had been buying their kratom for 3 years and suddenly something went very strange. What should my next steps be?

The vendor is Centennial Harvest ... https://www.centennialharvest.com/

I complained to them many times and all their did is say I should try other strains. They sent me samples of these other strains but all made me sick. They then stopped corresponding to me. They ONLY ever said 'sorry, try a different strain'. They will not respond to any communication from me now. I have my most recent receipt (from April of this year) and I have the bad with most of the product in it (1 kilo). In order to see the kratom on their site you have to search 'speciosa'.

I ordered the Indo Maeng Da from them and I found it to be average but, more importantly, I did not get ill from it. One reason I ordered is because I've never come across the strain "Indo Maeng Da". A quick google search does verify it's a legit strain. The other reason I ordered was due to the price. $10 for 100 Grams is low priced. $80 for a kilo.

I sure hate to here this about some of my old-time Vendors...but thanks for letting us know...I would hope that Centennial might come on here and defend itself? Always 2 sides to a story...I do know they have been in and out of Business the past couple years...but I also never had any problems with them the few times I ordered from them...I got my FIRST Green Bentuangie from them and it was fantastic...I still have some of their leaf in the vault from 2016 (and it's still decent leaf)...sad to see problems pop up with some "Historic" Vendors...certainly a BUYER BEWARE climate out there now days...

Thanks for posting. What "scamming groups" and where are those located? :?:

The Problem with doing a Vendor List, after Reddit's BAN last year - there is NO central place where people can report scams, ripoffs, bunk kratom etc. Yeah sure there's Facebook - 100 little groups all secret or hidden. FB also bans kratom.

I mean it's getting to where ANY problem with any vendor, goes un-reported and .. there's some real bullshit goin' on out there. Not talking about S.R. the Self Righteous gals - that's another issue, groups of stupid people spreading rumors and causing drama - which is EXACTLY what happens on Facebook.

For Example, it took literally months before people wised up about Mystic Island importing loads of Shit leaf and then, selling it to customers ... We had many, many, reports of ppl getting like sawdust, sand, absolute BUNK in the mail. And still - Lots of "Fans" of this vendor still posted about, have you tried their latest, I'm still buying their bunk, etc etc. In Fact I did see on Facebook last week, ppl still buying it and still pushing it... "Oh yes I received a kilo of Sand, but they replaced it for free!"

Centennial Harvest HAS been a good, small, vendor.. They DO what most small vendors do - Import one load of kratom, they SELL that load, then run Out of Stock, then.. Close up shop and wait until their next Re-stock. Sounds like maybe they got a load of bad leaf?
