Green Thai (Mitra Man) w/pics

Post by WobbleTrees »

Ive got 5 strains to review from Mitra Man and im saving the best for last. First of all, he launched his website 2 days after I ordered via email. The website (www.mitraman.com) is very easy to use, very well constructed, and I'm sure it's much easier for MM to keep track of his orders. Judging by the quality of this kratom, I sense he will be getting very busy if not already and the new order page will indeed streamline the process.

Disclaimer:
All strains were satisfactory and above. Ive been getting a lot of junk lately from RVA, Oties, etc. So this order from MM was above and beyond my expectations. Oties is a great company run by a great couple, but I got a FIRE 250g bag of Red Horn from them, and once I realized how good it is I went back 2 days later to order a kilo of the same stuff and it was a completely different batch that barely even worked. Some QC would be nice guys.. Don't let the junk kratom make it on the menu. When I say I'm saving the best for last, that does not mean this Green Thai is not good, because it is very good. But just not my favoriate one out of the 5.

I got a 500g bag of green Thai. 250g of PMD, 250 of Red JK, and 2 samples, one Yellow MD and one White JK. The Yellow MD was phenomenal and thats the strain in saving for last. I went back last night to order a 1/2 key of Yellow MD and 1/2 key of Green JK from his new website.

The Green Thai is satisfactory kratom. Lasts me about 4.5 hrs with rapid onset. The head tingle is apparent and it gives me a nice boost of energy. Not a fast boost, but once that's noticable. Bitterness on a scale from 1-10 is about a 6 and the grind is extra fine. It's quite appparent MM implements strict QC. I don't believe I'll get a "bad batch" from this company. I wanted 2 strains that everyone here seems to agree on (PMD and Red JK) and took 2 suggestions from MM which he was very happy to do. Very helpful via email messages and I made a donation with BTC.

The Green Thai was not my favoriate out of the batch, but still very good and after reading some reviews here, multiple members describe it as absolutely amazing. I think this is one of those strains which is dictated by individuals and their body chemistry. Ive dosed it about 5 times so far, one time being Saturday night while out shark fishing and it kept me going all night until 4am. Fought 2 Nurse Sharks and landed them on the beach, tagged one and both were released alive. I plan to document our shark fishing adventures here in the "Off Topic" section with photos, since kratom plays a big role in fighting these sharks in FL. Without kratom, id probably be done after one fight because it really takes a lot out of you.

It's a true looking green, fine grind and a little clumpy out of the bag but dissolves well in my coffee.

Overall its a great strain. I'm using it as a default/everyday strain and saving the really good ones for the special occasion strains. Ive got a stash of junk, back up kratom. A stash of everyday default kratom, and a stash of special occasion kratom. I would have considered this a special bag if I got this kind of quality from a vendor like RVA, but Mitra Man has set the bar much higher than it was before.
