Recently I purchased some very nice, fresh Red Elephant from Treasure House Botanicals. Seeing as this was my first time purchasing from this vendor and considering how much I love Red Vein strains, I figured I would give it a go. Also I noticed they were mentioned in the trusted vendor list that BallzDeep9 was kind enough to post for all of us along with reading other posts with several others mentioning that Treasure House has some good Red Elephant. Anyway, I figured I would post my experience with the strain as well as the vendor so if anyone else hasn't tried it before or wants to try it they may have a rough idea on what to expect. I usually only take kratom at night to help with my insomnia and some joint pain so this review is based off of the amount I use which is 5 grams. I know everyone reacts differently to different strains and amounts based on a lot of different factors but I have to say this Red Elephant kicked in pretty fast and the first feeling I got was a nice warm, relaxing feeling followed by some good euphoria with a very slight mood boost. I was overall pretty satisfied with the effects of this and it also helped a good bit with my joint pain and would recommend to anyone who likes a good relaxing Red Vein to take the edge off at the end of the day. Also they had great customer service and answered all of my questions. Their shipping was very fast and reasonable as well.

Energy / Focus / Motivation = Barely Noticeable

Euphoria / Mood = Very Noticeable

Relaxation / Calming = Very Noticeable

Sedation = Noticeable

Pain Relief = Noticeable

Thank You, KrateAndVape. I also purchased their Red Maeng Da. I haven't had a chance to try it just yet but I assume it wouldn't be all that different from their Red Elephant. I may Post a review on it though..

You never know until you try, right? I've gotten some Reds lately that have actually been energetic (for me, at least), at both low and my median dose. It's been surprising since most Reds (except for Bentuangie) have always sedated me. It's been nice for a change of pace, but just goes to show me that I should always "test" new (to me) strains during the day, when I'm home. Nothing worse than taking a Red that you assume will put you to sleep and then you end up being awake most of the night.
