magtein
Have been taking magnesium l-threonate aka magtein, and no notice of better cognition.
Recommended serving is 144mg daily taken as 2 pills in the morning and 1 in the evening, I have been taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening.

I take Magtein too, mostly for tolerance reduction. As far as cognitive improvement, I don’t see it. But...I try to keep my expectations to a minimum. Most supplements are not particularly strong, this one too.

Re: magtein
As far as I know, it's not at all a tolerance reducer.... It actually helps with absorption rates and allow the body to more easily absorb these wonderful alkaloids.

Didn’t mean to mislead. Tolerance reducers/absorption enhancers, cats claw, vitamins all get lumped together in my daily pill regiment.
