Hey i forgot to mention, that same night when i took L-Theanine I had the most craziest vivid colored dream out of all my vivid dreams i ever had. Does anyone here ever had crazy clear vivid dreams? I know its L-Theanine because that the only new thing i introduced into my body. I see Indelible started subject with mixing Guayusa tea with L theanine. I did not drink Guayusa tea with it but cant wait to try it. I enjoy vivid dreams, one time i drank guayusa for a whole week and no dreams even thought i read tons of stories people havig vivid dream drinking Guayusa Leaf. I cant even imagine what a great combo this would be with Guayusa tea. I just googled L theanine vivid dreams and confirmed my suspicions that i am not alone, it does give you vivid lucid dreams. I always wanted to find something that gives dreams witch i barley dream and very happy i found something that actually worked. I sure dont want to ovr do it again, didnt enjoy the fuzzy wobble feel and being unfocused for short period. I think tonight when i go to sleep i am going to try 200mg of L and 2 cups of Guayusa tea and see if i get any more vivid dreams, perhaps even more vivid from the last one since i am adding guayusa tea. One thing i noticed with the L i actually remember all the details of the dream, so it does improve brain cognition, usually i cant remember my dreams.

I dont think i ever need chamomiles tea if i take L. That thing will knock you out pretty fast if you dare to put your head down and rest on something. Chamomiles alone i pass out after 30 to 1 hour of taking it, With L and Chamomiles i have a feeling i might fall asleep in less then 5 minute. If this amino acid works so well, i even wonder why we have all these sleeping products? its like no need for them.

I haven't noticed more vivid dreams from the L-theanine, but my sleep is more quality with the valerian root (see my thread) and I wake up refreshed every time.

Ballz had an old post saying ashwaganda gave him realistic sexy dreams, lol. I jumped right on to try it, but didn't notice much of an effect. Maybe I should try again? Lots of people recommend it for anxiety and many other conditions.

I sometimes use 5g blue lotus 20:1 extract and 1g akuamma seed 20:1 extract (from Fused Flora) and it puts me in a ready for bed state, super relaxed and body feeling great.

I keep having great effects with 300mg L-theanine and some caffeine from coffee or guayusa (which also has the great chemical theobromine, also found in brewing chocolate and raw cacao powder).

I recently got some l-theanine and ashwaganda blend and it does help a little with anxiety. I'll definitely be getting it again. Even helped a little with a panic attack.

Do not over do L-Thranine, my first time i had some panic and felt weird for 10 min, make sure always follow the recommended dose. I lowered it and felt much better. It will make you feel very uncomfortable if over do it. Very potent. And yes it does help with anxiety for sure, from my experience.

I've been taking this recently (200 mg/dose) a couple times a day, and I like it! I take it with a gram of agmatine. I really enjoy the light calming feeling it brings.

Great recommendation!

Taking 200 mg of L-theanine with 100 mg of 5-HTP (one capsule each) has been a miracle for me. Sometimes I lie awake until 4-5 in the morning. It's just killer every time. And with theanine, I fall asleep immediately and wake up completely rested. The beauty of this drug is that you only feel relaxed (not under the influence of drugs), and when you wake up in the morning, you do not have that drug-inebriated feeling that often occurs with prescription drugs.
