Where is everyone from?

I’m currently living in Connecticut but most my life lived in Rhode Island. I’m curious where others are from? I know there’s so many of us I’d love to see where!

I was born and raised in California, central coast area. Lovely, lovely place. Moved to San Diego to go to college (yes, I AM that old lol), then moved to Nashville for a few years. Then back to SD where I met my husband and we stayed until 4 yrs ago when we moved to Colorado. So, I'm from California, but I live in Colorado lol. I'm almost 70 and lived at sea level for 65 yrs. I now live at around 5000'. Colorado is okay. We moved because our kids moved here. I like winter a lot. Fall temps are great, but I am having a hard time getting used to nekkid trees. Spring is windy and the summers are hot. In fact this year it has been like living in San Diego. I like the less to zero traffic issues. Houses are a bit more affordable. Food prices are about the same. Restaurants are terrible , and the Mexican food sucks here.

I try not to dwell on what I don't have... a big giant pool, swimming outdoors, walking the beach . It's just different, but I love my kids and grandkids.. so huge plus being near them again. It's kind of flat and windy here, but my dogs love the yard- big plus lol.
