Whenever a song is stuck in your head and you can't get it out, post it here. This thread isn't for listing favorite songs! It's for songs that are truly stuck in your head for days to weeks at a time.

I'll start - "Lucky" by Seven Mary Three has been stuck in my head for weeks! I can't get it out.

We recently went on a long road trip and it was one of the songs I downloaded to my playlist. Hadn’t heard it in years…

“One Pound Fish” by Kiffness edited. Look it up on YouTube this shit will get stuck in your head guaranteed. It would be playing in my head in the middle of the night. It lasted like a week LMAO. It’s funny and worth watching.

Happens to me, usually the last song I get into, late at night, before heading to bed. Sticks for a day or 2

But for some strange reason, the Coldplay song "Violet Hill" keeps popping in my head... at night. Days. Hanging around for a month or more.. I'm not a huge Coldplay fan? I like 'em OK but, never bought a CD or anything. Something about that piano, chords ? I did download the song like 10 years ago, with 1000 other songs... I should delete it from my player.

I don't know if I've ever heard Violet Hill, now I need to listen to it. I was meaning to listen to a Coldplay song earlier anyway and forgot.

I was at a Robin Trower concert and this came over the speakers before the concert started. I'd never heard it before. Grabbed my friend "What is this song?? WHAT IS IT?????"

I have had a non-stop bizarre series of songs in my head this week, a few from the grocery store and others from my eclectic musical interests.

It started with a song from the Woodstock '69 album that goes, "1,2,3 what are we fighting for? Don't ask me, I don't give a damn / next stop is Vietnam" (Thinking it's called the Fixin' to Die Rag)
Then, it became George Michael's 'Careless Whisper'.
Then switched to Britney Spears, 'If you seek Amy's
Then Rilo Kiley's 'My Slumbering Heart' after a pretty traumatic week...it gives me hope.

The issue is, I don't have control one minute to the next which song will stick in my head, but I will say the Britney Spears is at least every other one of this four artist soundtrack.

A song from a commercial got in there, too, but I managed to wipe it out from my hard drive of memory.

After typing this, I'm back to the Woodstock Soundtrack. It's Richie Havens right now, which is good. In 5 minutes, If You Seek Amy will return. Trust.

But over the past several days, if it's not that, it's Frank Zappa and Captain Beefheart's "Muffin Man". Last night I was just about to fall asleep and my brain thought it would be a great time for "girl, ya thought he was a man, BUT HE WAS A MUFFIN"

Rilo Kiley is so good. I go back to The Execution Of All Things in tough times, myself. There's something special about Jenny Lewis's songwriting.

The song "Carry me, Ohio" by Sun Kil Moon has been stuck in my head all week, but I don't mind. That whole album is like nostalgia in music form.

KSSK, the radio station I listen to most plays only xmas songs during mid Nov to Xmas Day, so I'ma have to try out different channels since mucho amount of stations here went to different formats/genres in the past year and I'm unfamiliar with most of them.

is a great song which I really like and helps chill me out when my dad only wants to listen to KSSK which plays only xmas music during mid Nov to Xmas Day.

Growing up, she used to visit family on Kauai several times a year, even worked in their burger shack for a summer. She has mucho aloha in her music and personality despite being a celeb. Big fan. Her cover of Turn Your Lights Down Low is fantastic.

I find it pretty cool that she actually writes and composes her own songs (unlike most pop stars) which made me respect her as a musician. She’s definitely talented.
