I ordered from OTIES on August 23rd, it shipped on the 24th and received my package on the 26th. And that was with 1st Class shipping, it was lightning fast. I live in southern VA, so you may experience similar results in NC. Especially if you choose priority mail.
I live in OH, and ordered from them recently as well. I'm pretty sure you'll be looking at a 3-4 day turnaround no what unless your in CA/HI/AK. If your in a hurry, I'm pretty sure he has expedited shipping options too.
