I have Kratom from 4 different vendors right now. Some of it is fluffy, light and airy and some is dense, has some clumps and almost seems moist (I don’t know how else to describe it).
Have you guys noticed this? I’m curious to see if anyone has a preference and if so, why? Also, are there any insights as to how/why there can be such a discrepancy between the two types?
It’s common sense that the denser/clumpier product is heavier by volume so that’s not what I’m asking about.

Re: Fluffy & powdery vs. dense & clumpy
Lighter and fluffy is ground finer, sometimes called nano grind. It gets more air in it so it's less dense. It doesn't matter to me whether its coarse or fine and fluffy, I only care whether it works and I don't think the grind matters. I make oblates and the fluffy ones come out bigger and harder to swallow because I make them all approx 2 grams. It's possible the fluffier stuff gets digested/processed faster but I don't know. It usually appears greener and fresher to me.
