T break wuth lizas stem and vein

Just started my first t break with lizas Green and Red Stem and Vein decided Id start with only s ad v its my first lime doing a t break this way the last 3 day tbreak i did was hell even with narcotics, so far its good pain levels are good and i have energy
If it stays this way its GOLDEN.Of course this is onky the first day but compared to the last one ni comparison.

Yes i did it with norco 10 and it was hell my pain
Level was 8 the whole time, i thonk my receptors are broken but this time its fine pains down to 3.and i have energy, the only thing really misding is a mood boost .I was sure that i might have to add
Reg kratom. But so far its fine .The other thing is I only needed 2 doses instead of three.Lizas so sweet to just knowing shes there if i need her means alot.

I ve been taking 5 to 7 g each time usually 3 times a day My thinking at first was i not going to worry about my tolarance until Its been 1 year but im heading in to month 9 so first i tried at break with pills that lasted 2days the pain is horrible and now I know it dosent have to be with tea so then i got lizas s and v and decided to try it alone at first because i know its ik to add tea but here is day 2 and this isnt bad at all I mean compared to the narcs this is a cake walk.

Just what it says. It's the veins stripped out of the leaves and the stems. Has enough (and maybe different) alkaloids to keep you out of withdrawal if you're trying to lower your dose amount. Smiley Time has a very good one.

I assumed it was "just what it says" and that stem and vein weren't euphemisms.

Curious if anyone has tried using their crap strains instead of stem and vein when taking tolerance breaks. Would prefer to avoid buying weak stem and vein if I already have plenty of weak Kratom that would do the trick.

My understanding of stem in vein is thatyes it has the same alkaloids but it also has different alkaloids that work differently than a crappy Kratom besides i dont have a crappy kratom.I m still rather new at this as this is my 2nd tbreak and the 1st with stem and vein.lizas s&v is the sa me price as her other kratom my thinking is this is the best way for me to keep my dose low. But there are other ways as well as i learned the 1st time simply stopping kratom and taking my narcs didnt work at all same old pain and fatigue.Thats when i decided to try it this way many people do use reg kratom with S&V ,I m just looking ti find what works best for me.Simply tapering is another way.Many vendors offer stem and vein sometimes you just have to ask.For me Im pleasantly surprised that its working so well.

Im currently on a dose taper myself, i must admit i do feel the difference. I would hope people would know to taper amounts and frequency down prior to full stop. Im down to 4g per dose, from 5g. Originally was way more, like 10g which was way too much. I was stopping narcs at the beginning so i needed that much, but then knew i didnt need that high a dose and lowered it in half. Its been a while since i last tapered so im dropping down a gram for now. Another gram will be next until im under a gram and idk if ill stop but at least ill be low tho
