Kratom in water

Does anybody else take their Kratom in water? I feel like I read somewhere that it isn’t water soluble, but I’ve always mixed my scoop in a quarter filled bottle of water and drink it. I’ve tried t&w and it’s not too easy to do. But am I limiting the Kratom by mixing it in water? I still feel my doses work so this is more of a curiosity question and I wanted to hear others opinions or advice!

I dump mine in a couple inches of hot water, stir it up, add a bit of cold and toss it back. Been doing it that way for 3+ years. It doesn't mix well, or at all, in cold water. Try warm or hot.

That’s the only way I do it and it works great for me, I drop in a room temp water and let it sit for a minute or two then do a quick mix and down it oh I also put in blender bottle almost forgot, but hot water does Dissolve it quicker as HH said

I always put it in a couple inches of cool to room temp water then pour a bit more on top. I let it sit for a few minutes then stir and it mixes just fine.

I am glad to see more and more use water instead problematic toss and wash, not everyone can do that. For years i did hot water half cup, dump your dose, stir right away, add some cold water to make it warm and drink it up. If dont want to add water you can add choc or milk. But if want to get rid of bitter, add a table spoon of honey. problem solved. dont mind bitter? then just hot and some cold water on top will do. this is yet the simplest and easiest method any noob can do with out fail.

Rinse out ye olde coffee cup, 1/2 water, 1/2 orange juice for flavor, mix it, let it sit for 3-4 minutes, stir again and yer good to go.

the toss and wash/parachute/oblate bags seemed to be a way to maximize unpleasantness. feeling like your gonna choke or worse puke your dose back up...sucks!
i too am glad to see so many people just doing the same way ive been doing for years. a nice workout/metal cup, add kratom, add a little less than half the cup up with room temp filtered water, add some pineapple or orange juice or a squirt of mio into the water. stir with my little dose measuring spoon, let it sit a minute, stir again and chug. it hits pretty damn quick. i just dont like drinking warm/hot liquids haha and have found that most good quality kratom will mix evenly. certain strains or vendors will maybe have some floating clumps but just takes more time to stir.

What’s problematic about toss and wash? I just dump the powder underneath my tongue, take a swig of water, swish, and down the hatch. Never had a problem with that.

Well, hah, idk. I’ve tried and gagged. I may have tried throwing too much down the hatch. But I’m not too skilled at it so I just don’t try! I don’t want to risk any waste and gag when I do it, throwing it up possibly. I take about a teaspoon and a half to 2 teaspoons. I need to invest in a scale, for sure!

Ah yeah, that probably has something to do with it. I typically only take one level teaspoon so it’s easier to deal with. I had some trouble way back when I first started with gagging now that I’m thinking about it, but I eventually grew to somewhat enjoy the process. Especially if it’s quality leaf that doesn’t taste like ass to begin with.

My only concern has been the effect it may be having on my enamel. But I haven’t heard anyone talk about that before, so, who knows

I've always just mixed it in room temp water. Mix it right away and chug it down.

Super easy. I don't think it tastes bad.
