Krakatau Kratom supplier Buyer Beware!

Hello I wanted to provide a update with my order that I placed on June 18th. I have received no product no tracking and was blocked on Whatsapp and no replies via email neither. I have since ordered from another vendor Magic Tree Kratom received that order in 5 days with UPS the same method as Krakatau Kratom says they used to ship my order. I found Krakatau Kratom instagram and twitter sent them messages and magically they finally emailed me back today saying the same crap that my order is in Queue with UPS and waiting on a tracking number they said that to me a month ago! I have left them a review on google and posted in a facebook group not much else I can do other than contacting my bank The tracking numbers they gave me a month ago as proof have been delivered on July 6th and July 10th. I was told I would get my tracking number shortly after and have receive nothing a month later. After finally receiving a email reply I asked for proof that the order was sent with UPS anything and was ignored. Attached is photos of the last conversation and what he told my brother on July 3rd as well as the emails I received today. And tracking number from Magic Tree showing I did receive my order in 5 days with UPS!

unblocked me to say this then blocks me again what a good vendor...after a month of waiting could of done this when I asked 5 times a month ago!

Hello no i just posted there latest response most likely sitting on my order for some reason maybe out of spite the guy did not like me asking for a refund sent me 2 paragraphs talking shit then blocked me. BTW i asked for a refund a month ago when he told me the order was going to be delayed and waiting for it to be returned from Singapore to be re shipped from Jakarta with UPS. He just ignored me then when i was persistent on cancelling the order and getting a refund he sent me 2 paragraphs talking shit and blocked me on whatsapp. Also no way of knowing where they shipped it to as there was no paper work sent to me. I asked for any kind of proof that it was shipped and waiting for a tracking from UPS and just ignored my request.

What an ugly thing to write to you . Take your money and forget these evil clowns. If this is what they do, it will come back to them eventually. Let us know if you get your refund then don't waste anymore precious thought on them.

Having placed orders myself to Indonesian sellers, I can say that your experience isn't all that unusual. If the seller tries to get your package shipped outside the approved method, meaning trying to sneak around Customs, & gets caught, what happened to you is the result. The Indonesian kratom industry has a specific number of middlemen you're required to go through, kinda like an Italian mob operation, & everyone wants their cut. I've had to wait a month, but the seller was very apologetic, kept me informed about what was happening, and made sure to let me know the seized shipment was going to be replaced. Your vendor treated you like crap in the dark & I wouldn't put up with that either. I've seen his name floating around. I'll make sure to avoid him.

I've always suspected this, interesting how this always seems to happen with profitable drugs being sold everyone has their hand out for their cut and it goes all the way to the highest levels of government/and the criminal underworld. I've also thought about the idea of people in the United states becoming suppliers with US plantation grown kratom and undercutting SEA's price, not even sure that kratom could be grown correctly here or cheaply. There's also the FDA/DEA problem as well.
