Let me ask you this, do you believe that it is laughable that the forum doesnt allow discussion of payment processing for vendors? Kinda ridiculous right everyone knows were here talking about buying kratom but cant even discuss the means of payment, and that is because it is for the vendors safety because there are people out there that will shut those payment processing down because it is for kratom. Just like there are people ouy there that very well use everytime someone has a recreational drug like story as reasons as banning it. Like ive said before man I think people should have as much euphoria as they want but there are many many people out there that want to persecute that euphoria. It's all good here though buddy like I said I respect your opinion and if you want to talk about euphoria then do your thing man I dont want to stop you

I think misinformation would be a bigger threat to kratoms legality then detailing its effects as an partial agonist opioid with some euphoria. People saying kratom can't provide a buzz or euphoria are lying to themselves as well as others ill admit maybe it's because they're scared to talk about this side of kratom due to the legal issues. But the DEA/FDA know people get a euphoric buzz on kratom they're not stupid lol they also know kratom isn't killing people or ruining lives like dope or fentanyl. The biggest threats towards kratoms legal status imo are aggressive (bad faith) marketing tactics, misinformation, adulterated kratom, and extracts type products(legal highs) sold in smoke shops/gas stations. Those are (imo) a much bigger threat to kratom than using the "E" word on a small community forum.

Whats this talk about keeping it civil and people before personalities?? Kinda silly my man. Aint nobody being disrespectful the slightest bud. In fact this is Cordes thread and if he wants to talk about sosa or give me his 2 cents on euphoria or whatevs im all ears and always down to listen and be respectful. Cracks me up when people play mod. I remember another guy who used to come on here to DoubleM and throw orders out randomly on how we should be forming our discussions and opinions. His name was Damen. lol super regular poster daily and a little eccentric. I think he committed DoubleM forum suicide a month or 2 ago. Mighta been the most insane post ive seen in my life that he went out on. That dude was off his rocker He used to go around parroting Ballz as well bossing peeps on dose and how they're aloud to feel after Kratom intake

Back to Sosa. I had a false alarm. Talked to Ben a day or 2 ago and he seemed all good. Told me he was down to hook my order up and everything was good to go. Then he ghosted me the next day Same old same old. Don't know how much longer he'll be filling anybody orders. Let alone in a timely fashion. I think Catdaddy said he paid for an order well over a month ago and hasn't even heard shit from Ben. Now thats messed up...

haha I don't remember that. I used to post there when Elaine owned it, before what his name bought it and banned everyone. Around 2005/06? Trinity. That's the guy she sold it to. Banned a TON of people in short order. There were many splinter forums after that.

I wouldn't let that stop you. There are tons of vendors with great product AND consistent stellar customer service. SOSA is the exception.

I see no reason why you couldn't file a report with law enforcement and take them to small claims court. Kratom is not illegal - why would a kratom vendor be treated differently than other small businesses? Probably not worth the effort though.

I'm by no means suggesting it btw, just saying it seems like there could still be legal repercussions.

I think hes saying that the hype caused the demand to way outweigh the supply and that causing it to be hard for them to still get their favorites bc they sell out so fast. I'm going to be honest I have definitely considered not giving stellar good reviews of batches from vendors that i absolutely loved, but then I always just decide to post them anywhere just out of respect to the vendor.
