I was just reading something about how they get their Kratom from some of the same suppliers as other more popular vendors..but just lurking and looking around here it seems like they're a punchline.

What I can say is that I’ve tried a bunch of vendors in the last 5 years. For what it’s worth, Herbal-RVA is in my top 10 list. If you haven’t tried them before, I’d recommend them.
Hype and FOMO are very dangerous. What you should be concerned with is finding a vendor with consistently fresh Kratom that rotates batches frequently. Your own personal body chemistry will determine what's most compatible. And absolutely rotate strains. I alternate between batches on a daily basis to keep the receptors firing. Good luck on your search.

This is excellent advice! After 6 years of trying to find the magic unicorn(fire) leaf that you read about on forums like this I have to agree whole heartedly with this reply. Consistency and freshness are what I base the quality of a vendor now. Good customer service is great as well!
We have tried 100s of vendors and recently had lost contact with one of our favorite vendors so we were on the look out for another vendor we could order string dried kratom from, which is our preferred drying method. Their isn't many vendors that offer string dried but man were we in luck when we stumbled upon the amazing http://www.thekoalityleaf.com .... their kratom is by far one of the best vendors to order indoor rack and string dried kratom from out there!!! Not only is their kratom on point, but their customer service is 100% !!! Remy always writes us back shortly after ordering to confirm our order and gets our kratom shipped out the same day if you can get your order placed before 2PM on weekdays. He has also included samples with all of our kilo orders which allows us to try different strains! So far string dried white or green horn has been our favorite!!

They have 2pm as the cutoff, and no shipping on weekends. I don't know if them, that just jumped out when I checked out their site.
Calling B-S on the "string dried" B-S, sorry I'm a skeptic ... almost nobody has string dried or, the labor involved would make it super expensive and for why? I'm with you on this ballz I think the string dried is yet another kratom industry marketing tactic I have been buying from KOG for years and they have been one of the most informative vendors about the source and drying processes of their leaf and i have never not once seem them ever mention string dried...lots of really good strains just dried in a room with no sunlight basically but never string dried. Ive been using kratom for years and have just started hearing about this string dried fad about a year ago.

Hey thanks for your input, throwing shade on my post ballz... I REALLY don't care if you like my post or agree with it. The facts are I've been taking kratom for many many years. I've been a vendor myself. Everyone's chemistry Is different. the only two times I've been outright impressed with kratom has been string dried. If you think it's a quality issue maybe try a different vendor. Maybe even put your money where your mouth is & order a kilo or two of string dried from the vendor I recommended. Then tell me you don't think there's a difference. Chances are If you did this you probably still wouldn't retract what you said because pride gets in everyone's way. But back to the point. Thekoalityleaf.com. has legit kratom. I don't know the owners other than talking to Remy about my orders. The price is right, ( not the absolute cheapest, but you get what you pay for) shipping is prompt. I hope someone reads this post & try's them out. $90 split kilos.

I definitely plan on checking them out and I will let you know how it goes. I have my opinions but I am open minded and will admit when I am wrong. Kinda hard to know if they are all legit string dried though with no proof after reading that behind the scenes of the kratom industry pretty much you never really know

You should really read this post from gumbyke1. Please be more mindful before dragging a vendor(who you've never ordered from) through the mud.

I don't disagree. For me the most noticeable thing about my TFH order is the consistency. I like all 10 strains I ordered, which is rare. I have specific strains from other vendors I like more than any of my TFH, but no duds is rare.
I do think it being over-hyped on this forum also contributed.
My first order from TFH was some of the best I have had, at least in my top three orders ever (Dec 2019). I bought some in April this year but I didn't like any of them as much as the first order, and were different kinds as well. I would put this last order overall as maybe lower mid of orders I have bought. I liked MM that I ordered in May this year, almost as much as the first TFH order. I am just doing overall, how much I liked the orders as a whole. My Fav vendors Mitra Man, TFH (first order), Smiley's+Benni, and Kats, but havent been back to Kats in over a year.

I decided to take them up on their offer of a free sampler and excited to see how I like it
I’ve actually like a lot of what I’ve tried from Koality! Their PGE and White Borneo pound for pound are phenomenal......
........That being said, a supplier taking the time to “string dry” a batch is just slightly more believable one telling you they have a “Red Bali Tree”
