Experiment: after 4 years of daily usage - taking a 3 day break.

After taking Kratom daily for 4 years (in 1 to 2 gram doses up to 6 grams per day) I felt that it started to lose its effect, so I decided to take a tolerance break, and here are the results:
On day 1 it was really hard to sleep, with major case of RLS (restless leg syndrome), I was ready to take maybe just a tiny bit to ease things, but decided not to, trough out the day I felt unease to say the least, I could feel the heart beat, felt irritated but did my best to keep mind off it by keeping busy. At night even with melatonin and potassium it was still hard to sleep.
On day 2 I felt pretty much the same as day 1, but then took half tea spoon black seed oil holding it under the tongue for about 5 minutes and then wallow, immediately felt relief from irritation & RLS by about 70%. It wasn't gone completely but sure did help, at night, to help me fall asleep I took 1/4th MG Xanax (I very rarely use that stuff) and that helped me fall asleep.
On day 3 I took Lithium Orotate 5mg and a bit of black seed oil which helped me trough out the day but on the next day I decided enough is enough and took 1 gram of Kratom, what they say about taking a break is really true, I immediately felt relief from RLS followed by a familiar amazing calm feeling that everything is right with the world. However I didn't eat anything after taking kratom and that made me feel a bit noxious.
I don't regret conducting this experiment as it helped me understand more the inner-workings of how kratom works, I also try to take much smaller doses during the day (about half a gram).

Oof, yeah man I'm not looking forward to the day I stop taking kratom.
