How do you ingest Kratom?

I put between 2.5 and 6 grams in a bottle with water. I close the cap, shake it hard and then chug it.

I used to do capsules but the chug method is so much easier.

I’ve heard some people talk about “red bubble” and others mention tea.

I usually mix mine with a small amount of oj and drink it quickly

I mix my Kratom in Gatorade and down it. Orange Gatorade

I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me. I did the red bubble thing several times but could hardly stomach the taste of the liquid afterward; I have a blender now so will be doing smoothies and see if that's more pleasant. In the meantime I've been putting my dose into a bottle with OJ, shaking vigorously, and trying to drink it fast like a shot. Put some in my morning coffee the other day and that did a pretty good job of masking the taste but then I got clumps of powder stuck in my teeth

I may be an outlier but I like the taste well enough - just a quick mix with water!

I particularly like the fresher leaf, greens mostly.

But I will admit to not loving a fermented or oxidized red.

A bit of lime squeezed is a nice addition. OJ for me is kinda funky with its thickness.

Learn 'reverse toss n wash,' it's a total game changer. There are times when it fails, but they are few and far between. I can comfortably down 4.5g, possibly more, but if my dose is large and I don't feel like multiple t&ws, I use a blatepape, the best oblate on the market.

What is “reverse toss n wash”?

-Fill mouth with liquid, a large gulp's worth. Do not swallow yet.
-Tilt head back so liquid is level in your mouth.
-Open mouth wide, still do not swallow.
-Pour powder into your mouth on top of liquid. (I pour it from the condiment cup I use to measure the dose.)
-Now swallow, making sure your head is still all the way back.

It should all go down easy. You may have to practice a few times; might want to use some other type of powder until you got it right.

Plain ol’ T&W here. The max I will do is about 2.5g. I measure my dose out in a little plastic portion cup, put the powder in my mouth, fill my mouth with as much water as I can hold, then swallow. Only had it backfire on me 3 or 4 times in the almost 3 years I’ve been doing it. And yeah....Ouch!!

Bought a few small salad dressing/fruit/nut cups that I think hold a couple ounces of liquid. I weigh out anywhere from 3-6g in the cup, fill with hot water, screw the cap on and shake. Takes two swigs to down it all. I found this to be the easiest way, as I can pre-weigh my doses and carry them with me.
Edit: they are 150ml cups, or 5oz. Bought them off amazon

Also Toss & Wash. I put the kratom into a small dixie cup too. Then I swish little bits of kratom and water around in my mouth to make sure that it's ONLY kratom and water . Continue until it's all in me. I'm not all fancy but one of these days I intend to try a Frozen Red Bubble .

Thats my method too . Or sometimes just stir it in with a spoon .

I mentioned these on another thread, but if near an IKEA grab one of these $2 frothers - they are epic mixers. Like a matcha whisk’s superhero.
