TFH "Suggested Use" Label

I noticed on TFH bag, it has a 'suggested use" of 1-2 grams on an empty stomach, with a maximum of 4 grams a day."
I live in a recovery home and have my daily kratom alloted to me every day. I currently am given 20 caps a day, which equals roughly 10gpd. I was thinking about changing my routine from 5g 2x/day to 4g 3x/day with my new tfh.
My sponsor/roomate/landlord once read on an old njoy packet that suggested use was 1.2g per serving, but I have since convinced him that 10gpd is reasonable and he hasn't mentioned that in a while.
I worry now that I've hyped tfh up as being someone that "knows their stuff," (which they do,) he will limit my daily allowance to 4gpd because that's two packages now that have recommended a serving size of 1g and that 4gpd will now be my max because after all, thats what tfh is suggesting. But I don't think I can drop below 10gpd and it still be effective. For reference a 4+months ago I was doing damn near at least an ounce a day, often more(head shop kratom.)

Tl:DR why does TFH openly state on the bag such a low serving size and max gpd, and how do I convince somebody who is monitoring my usage that the suggested usage is too low and maintain my current routine.

Tear the label off ? Take a pic of it, change the grams per serving number, print that out, cover old label ?

Less Is More. 4 gpd is a good Recommended Serving, for "normal people" who are not addicts. Stop abusing kratom! . You're really not getting any more GOOD effects, with quality kratom, by going over the ceiling which is 1-3 grams per dose... Over the ceiling you only get Side Effects which are: sedation, drowsiness, brain fog, constipation, night sweats, and withdrawals. You don't need those Side Effects?

TRY it, - before you freak out like some desperate dope addict... I was upto 20 gpd, a couple years ago. Had all the nasty sides, constant withdrawals, shitty feeling morning and night... Finally I figured LED = Lowest Effective Dose. So #1 took a short break. Did some Agmatine for 1 week to re-set my tolerance. And... wah lah 1 Gram worked!! Here... That's also true for weed, and other things btw, think about it... I was reading a Guide To Cannabis. They recommend "Minimum" effective amount. Same principal... You don't want weed side effects: Paranoia, Anxiety, etc... Same idea true for alcohol. Have a drink or two. Enjoy a nice buzz... Don't drink like a fool, fall on your face drunk. That's real stupid.

Again 1-2 grams/ 4+ gpd, this is a "normal average" Serving Size for people who are NOT opiate addicts, and people who are NOT in serious Chronic Pain.

Less is not more lmao and the ceiling dosage is much higher than 3 grams per dose.... much much higher. Not everyone that requires higher dosages was a "dope" addict either like some people here love think. I know several people who have never touched opioids or pills that require more than 6 gram doses to feel anything at all. It depends on your body period. There is no one size dose fits all with kratom, it's dependent on so many factors like digestion, metabolism, liver function, brain chemistry. I can go on an on but you get what I'm saying. Take what works for you don't listen to others here who get "super awesome amazing" effects from 1 gram doses. To answer your question the suggested serving on their bags is just a very conservative estimate for new users. The last thing they want is a brand new user to become violently sick with their first dose of kratom.

Quality is definitely 1 variable, we use, to figure our best Serving Size or dose... . the sweet spot, its often called. Tolerance is another variable, yes high tolerance means your receptors, those mµ opioid receptors which are responsible for most feelings of pleasure or euphoria... can be more or less sensitive. People with a history of opiates, have screwed up their receptors, some to the point where they cannot feel a "normal" dose of kratom.

Method of delivery, is another variable. Most of us agree that kratom works best on empty stomach. The goal is to optimize effects... . All variables considered. So someone who has a high tolerance, buys some low quality kratom, and consumes it right after eating a big lunch - says they feel nothing from "this kratom"... I'm saying Do Not just dose a huge # amount. Morning on empty stomach, is best time to judge Quality. Two grams should be enough to feel "something" ?? But, a person who knows their tolerance is high... might start with a 1.5X or double dose? So 3- 4 grams then. Maybe add 1 gram after one hour? Of course there is a range... Just saying, it gets tricky and there are a few variables, especially for those who have blown-out their receptors. Kratom is never going to = heroin. Tolerance can be lowered!! which takes time. I have old friends, who just laugh at kratom... after years of opiate abuse they might feel a little tingle ?? Choking down a full ounce of raw powder, ain't gonna help those folks, just make them sick.
