helpful suggestions please

new to this forum, need some helpful answers 1- what is a 4 way kilo split? I assume its 4 separate strains adding to one kilo. 2- what is mystics best energy/euphoric blend? 3- have a good idea what white-green-red strains are and basically do, what are some of the favorite strains/blends coming from mystic

You are correct on the 4 way split mystic has been out of alot of strains since the indo shipping problems. These work for me vampire,diamond, centaur, peridot, hear good things about ruby ..alot of people like there whites .i for one dont but most of there strains are fresh and have high alkaloid content for the price in my opinion. One time i got 8 different strains from them and of course i had some i liked more than others but couldent say any of them were bad.. but you know one strain that works for one person dont work for another but with mystics prices if you miss it dont hurt to bad ...i think they restocked a couple of strains they told me by last Wednesday they would hope it helps

HI, Floridadawn. I moved your post into the General Discussion area where it will get more views and I hope more replies.

For Mystic Island, I was recently impressed by the Green Malay as well as Nymph and Doppelganger, and have long been a fan of Phatcracker. The cool thing with Mystic is that samples are priced so well ($3 for 25 g) you can pretty much try whatever piques your interest, and I usually do.

Mystic has been having the same shipping problems all the other US vendors have been lately, and are thus low on stock, but they restocked their reds today and should be back in full stock soon as the situation resolves. If you're looking more for greens and whites (energy and mood lift) I'd say wait a couple weeks, because they'll have a lot more to choose from then if all goes well.

From mystic if you want a green, red, and white blend you should go with either phatcracker or Kama Sumatra. I think they're out of stock as of right now, but they made a post earlier saying they'll be restocking alot over the next two days.

I really enjoyed Kama Sumatra: bought a 25g sample and liked it so much I went back and bought another half kilo. For me it is a perfect evening burn. Nymph is another good green/red/white blend from Mystic, but more energetic. I'd say Kama Sumatra is closer to a red and Nymph is closer to a green in effects.

Right now they have Phatcracker in stock but neither Nymph nor Kama Sumatra...

For energy and euphoria - Green Vietnam, Green Malay, White Bali, and Phatcracker are all good choices from Mystic. When I discovered Mystic, I loaded up on those $3 samples. After finding some that worked (which was most of them), I'd get a split kilo and a bunch more samples. Then repeat ... then repeat... then repeat...

I also enjoyed the Kama Sumatra very much. I had tested a few of the other Customer blends and liked them all so much I went ahead and got the Kama Sumatra blindly in a split K. I was not disappointed. I've got a sample of Nymph and I've burned it once but don't remember it making a strong impression. I'm going to have to give it a few more tries because I love Mystic's greens.

Yeah, and it probably won't again.

It's just a very pleasant and effective middle of the road "green" blend, the kind you burn and go, "Oh, that was good," and then forget about pretty fast. I actually like those workhorse strains a lot; they're what kratom's all about to me. It's rare I get a "Fire!" dose or strain, and many strains are kinda meh for me anyway: they kill the aches and pains but there's not much else going on with them. So a good, reliable, average but enjoyable "everyday" blend like Nymph is the kind of thing I count on.

I know it's been said before, but some of those strains that I just burned once and then tossed aside thinking I wish I had gotten the [whatever was popular at the time] instead - when I've dug them out months later have given me a hell of a good burn. For me, that works in reverse too - some of my "fire" strains have been kinda "meh" at times and leave me wondering what i thought was so great about it. Sometimes I think I just get lucky and give my body what it wants on that particular day and have a great burn. I'm still trying to crack the code - and most days I have a pretty good time working on it.
