RhinoRemedies going private and a warning to other vendors about a double m member

With a heavy heart I have to announce that I will be going private and not excepting any new customers. We have a double M member that is going around doing chargebacks.So I am just posting a warning for other vendors to keep an eye out for this individual so they don’t get taken advantage of as well. His username is Firebaugh86 on here. People that have ordered regularly in the past will be fine and I will still except your orders but unfortunately I will not be taking on any new customers after this event. I work extremely hard and put a lot of time,effort, and money into all of this and don’t deserve this BS. Anyways this is just a fair warning to all the other vendors do not serve this guy, he will fuck you over. I don’t want to see any others loose money to this dirtbag. I gave him four full days to contact me about the situation and he has yet to email me.

I'll agree with you, nodded off to dream land for bout 10 min. Wasn't sedative enough to put me to sleep and wouldn't keep me up. I like this green, but it is a little different **But in all honesty right now I have about 20 different vendor packages (insearchofbettersupplier) in my "stash" and Rhino Remedies is hands down the best I have, His premium MD and Super Indo are killer

I haven’t really figured that all out yet I think it’s kind of be a case by case basis

Sorry to hear about that, really crappy thing to do. I mean asking for a partial refund/return is one thing, even being rude and demanding one is one thing (I've had that happen on ebay a few times, but even then I got my product back) but a chargeback is messed up since the vendor loses product, plus the shipping cost, plus their time. Hopefully this person gets busted before they can rip other people off.

User hasn't been active here in about 3 months.

Unfortunately, the problem with payment processors is that they give buyers up to 6 months in some cases to file chargebacks. I've been a victim of it myself with my web dev business. Five months after I completed and delivered some guy's project, he filed a chargeback out of nowhere. I won the case with the processor, but it still sucked to deal with. Some people are just scummy.

I also want to point out that we at Double M DO NOT and WILL NOT get involved in customer-vendor disputes nor take sides, but I allowed Rhino to post this as a warning to others since it involves SCAMMING. Anytime there is scamming in the community, it needs to be called out.

Say it aint so... I'm sorry that happened to you. That's pretty messed up and just a really dirty thing to do. I actually JUST got referred to your company from another very well known member here on these boards. Any chance your willing to take one more new customer if I have someone to vouch for me? I'd also be happy to provide payment in some way that allows for this type of thing not to happen?

Damn Ryan, I'm sorry you're dealing with this. We've had our fair share of problems like this since going into business 3 years ago. Losing payment accounts was the precise reason we went private as well. I'd definitely make people verify their identity somehow before allowing them to order. Some really shady characters out there....but I'm happy to say we have built a really happy and satisfied group of members. Take care man, and I'll definitely be reaching out for this clown's name!

Always start with contacting them via email and asking whats going on. That's the best you can do. We have had our share too and still get them a few times a year. For awhile we had one person who was an actual credit card thief. Be wary also for people changing their shipping address after ordering and specifically for people changing their address a great distance or states away from their original shipping address on the order.
