What's Your #1 Benefit From Taking Kratom?
Hey guys!
What's your #1 benefit from taking kratom?
I have tons - as do you - but if you had to pick only one, what benefit from kratom have you gotten the most of over the years/months/weeks/however long?
My #1 benefit from kratom is the positive mindset I get.
The racing-thoughts go away.
The jitterbugs disappear.
Then, calm.
Kratom is life-changing for me.
It isn't for everyone - but for me - absolutely life-changing.
------
P.S. - My name's Mike, I'm 27 and I'm new here as of this week!
I wanted to say hi and introduce myself!
I haven't signed up for a kratom forum before, so if you have any advice, feel free to comment that below too.
Talk soon,
Mike

It’s a constellation of benefits for me — #1 would depend on the day. I have had anxiety for a very, very long time (3 decades) and it is very helpful in that area. I am microdosing to see if I can finally get past it all and kratom actually helps with the mentality and focus as part of it.
Helps a ton with perimenopause hormones. Nothing my doc has suggested has really helped but kratom is super beneficial for energy and mood swings.
And I have scoliosis in my lumbar spine and this is a godsend for pain.

Yes I agree, kratom is amazing for helping with anxiety. Microdosing kratom? I've never tried that but whatever works for you is definitely the right mood - I can relate, I take kratom doses higher than my fam would like, but it helps with my back discomfort.Daydreamsofmountains wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 5:26 pm It’s a constellation of benefits for me — #1 would depend on the day. Ahh sorry for the confusion. Microdosing mushrooms - I offset kratom from when I take them by a few hours and it works well together.MitraMike wrote: ↑Thu Dec 02, 2021 8:19 pmYes I agree, kratom is amazing for helping with anxiety. It controls my cravings for worse drugs. After a 10 year opiate addiction and being on subs twice (and failing) it’s the only thing that’s kept me sober
