Have just been sticking with TFH the last couple years but I’d like to get out and play the field a bit again

Been a while since I’ve ordered from Denette/Soul/HL/Nodfather/Rhino but I would imagine they’re all still high quality. Is there one who’s pulled away from the pack?

Denette is my favorite (aside from TFH). Recently Oties has shown some very interesting things, though.

My gut tells me that since nearly all vendors (with the exception of TFH) get their stuff from the same suppliers what we are noticing right now is some good stuff is coming in for EVERYONE. So if you pay attention to the reviews here you can pick up some fire from a lot of places. But the two vendors I mention above I'd certainly make sure I considered first.

Asides from TFH, Oties, Okies, Lucky, D615 and Mitraman have all had excellent kratom of late. Kinda hard to go wrong right now...

That’s the case with bulk, but most small batch vendors have different suppliers/farmers (Denette literally had 6+ suppliers).

Ive never tried Denette, how do you go about ordering or is it private? Didn't see a website.

Sorry, Denette is members only but he does have open events (so watch the forums).

Yeah your options of securing Denette615 (my favorite as well) Texas Family Harvest, Luckys, and Rhino's are all limited. These vendors require a membership or at the very least evaluation (Rhino). Checking out the Trading Post is always a fantastic option to obtain some exclusive stuff!

In regards to my questions, I always order from the same 5-7 vendors. Basically all the ones already listed in this thread.

But pulling away from the pack and making a serious push to my top 3 vendors is LSMS (Lone Star Mitra Source)
Getting some REALLY good burns right now with his products and I'm testing out all of his new drop right now. Don't sleep on him/them,

Ok yeah i have seen some in the trading post, so will grab some there or at an open event. Im a member of luckys but none of the others. I got a few samples of LSMS thrown in on a trading post buy and have really liked it. Appreciate the intel.

Well his jade maeng da and og pmd are pretty much legendary. Right now he has a red version of the og pmd (usually a green)

Personally Benni has been the only thing reliable for me, every time I try and branch out, I don’t feel anything PMD from RVa, and anything green/white from Benni and I’m str8

There were just a few offerings on the Trading Post. There are no duds from him.

Texas Family Harvest, Texas Family Harvest and Texas Family Harvest but other then them, Oties, Fused Flora and Lucky Herbals. I do want to try LoneStar to keep it local.

Me personally, TFH and Denette are Tops in the rotation. So much Variety just between those two alone. Lucky, Rhino, Benni, Okie, Mitraman and SoSA make regular appearances as well.

Okie's has been hit or miss for me. Okie's whites hit pretty good for me but green bumblebee didnt hit at all for me. I had ordered a 250g bag because of all the good reviews.

Lucky's July batch was extremely good (sold out mad fast - 1.98% MIT). Their Green Hulu slapped and spanked. Oties is also killin' it - loving their green. TFH is sublime, divine, ultimate. If I had to pick 3 vendors for eternity, it would be those.

As many/most others have said, TFH has an awesome selection. I got so many gems from my one-time order with them.
Would also recommend Otie, Benni, Okie and All Natural Artisan - you can’t go wrong with any of them!

Lonestar many other wonderful ones, but Chris’s stuff is the knees for me

How does not hitting until your 3rd of 4th burn even work?

Sometimes the first time or two you try a new vendor or batch you get very little effect. I'm saying try it again at a later date, it may hit very well. This has happened to me and others on this forum countless times. I have given up on batches, all together...forgotten about them then try a month later and I'm blown away with the effects.

So friend?... It has been 6 weeks or so since you signed up over here at the good ol' MM. Are these vendors better than what you had been used to?

So 3 years ago I started out with the bulk vendors, google searches. Tried kraken, hippo, kats, mitragaia. Id get some good leaf, but id get bags that did next to nothing. I thought that was the nature of kratom, and continued.

Last year I wanted to explore other possibilities, didnt feel I tried enough other sources, so started reading on reddit and got involved there. Felt it was alot of social media manipulation and new people who love average stuff, but id see vendor names repeat and tried alot of small batch shops. Down the rabbit hole I went, eventually becoming member at luckys my first “private” membership.

Someone from here posted about double M, so over I came. I felt experience in the room, and people willing to share in more depth. Sorry for the long reply, but to answer your question id say I am just starting to try alot of the private places you all enjoy so cant speak to those just yet. What I value is the collective batch specific intel and experience. I make less meh buys I feel, but I buy a hell of a lot more FOMO style. Im a more informed buyer and I value this community in spite of it making me overbuy. I trust the room more than I did reddit, and its led me to better product.

I will tell you Denette's current Green & Red Platinum KA21 are Phenomenal, as are Red Thunder & Green Super Dragon AM14. Classic Dry Season Leaf. Super Long legs and Potent.

Got Denettes Platinum and Thunder in the mail today. Yay!!

Now need to make pills (this weekend for sure - I'm SO behind but I definitely want to get these two in my rotation).

I haven't tried capsules in forever and just tried them the other day for the first time in awhile. They didn't do anything for me. And they were from a vendor that has powder that works really well. How long are capsules supposed to take to start working?

Glad to have you here man, I went the other way, here first then on Reddit when I have extra time. Very glad I missed the bulk kratom phase most of you had. Agreed MM is the place to go for deeper more intelligent conversations about kratom instead of emoji filled posts and close ups of kratom powder/bags.

Reddit has its own gems too, so does MeWe, too much for me to deal with but I’ve tried some MeWe only vendors products from the trading post.

Check out the review section on MM, lot of good leads on quality batches and you’ve already seen some of the stuff that pops up on the trading post, it’s a great resource!

I'd like to check out LoneStar, I checked around the forum, and it looks like he does Email only. I found an Email in an old thread and Emailed him but haven't heard back yet. Would someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Vendor's capsules never work for me - but the ones I make myself always do. Remember that unless there are labs FOR THE CAPSULES reported, those filled are likely to be from VERY old batches (or at least not the same one the labs for their powder is). The two things are they always take at least 55-75 minutes to kick in. AND you need an empty stomach (no food for at least three-four hours). Other than that powder and capsules work exactly the same (I always advise to take capsules with something high in acidic Ph - I use Propel but there are lots of choices out there).

You would think those clear "vegan" capsules would kick in a bit sooner than 55-75mins. But yeah caps from vendors never worked for me. I WISH they did because they are so handy when needing to dose on the go etc.

Most of the small batch vendors here have their tried and true suppliers and keep them exclusive for the most part. They are not all from the same kratom sources like bulk kratom tends to be. Not that it doesn't happen, but it's a big deal to steal someone else's source.
