I wouldn’t hold my breath on that lol Those two lawyers are horrible. I remember them from the Georgia ban hearing a couple months ago and they consistently make the most egregious claims I’ve ever heard.

Official cause of death ..
Cardiac arrest due to mytogynia intoxication?? They find what they're looking for. Where's one speck of science that kràtom could cause cardiac arrest?

The thing is..something DID kill him and the girl with the "space dust" but they'll never find out what it was because they've got their bogeyman. It's as lazy as it is false.

Just grasping for their precious (but completely impossible) and coveted
KRATOM DEATH It tells the whole story looking at how they act. The shotgun blasts to the chest/kratom death takes the cake though. Oh to be a fly on the wall when that was "ironed out" (I mean, you know, not really though.

By any chance does CBS receive a yooge amount of ad revenue from pharmaceutical companies, or is that just every other channel on TV?

I seen this on my local 12:00 news a few days ago and was horrified! They mention extract but don't differentiate the difference from plain powder. That's like comparing a Seagram's wine cooler with 2% alcohol to moonshine. Apples to oranges imo

Maybe he saw the price he was paying for something he could have gotten far cheaper from a better vendor?

extracts will be the downfall to kratom. The issue is people that have no clue about kratom, jumping straight into extracts and then thinking its completely harmless and taking large amounts of extract. Vendors need to do everything possible to educate customers and limit sales to safe products/sizing.
