Does anyone ever get headaches from kratom or extracts
once the effects start wearing off?

The only time I get a headache is if I take too much too soon. I don't mess with extracts so I don't know about those. But I have heard some folks get headaches if they are dehydrated too. With me though it's always when I take too much or dose too close to my last dose, course everyone is different!

I agree that it’s probably related to dehydration. Are you drinking enough water before and after you take some kratom?

Gatorade is the cure for a kratom headache. For myself anyway.

I try to stay hydrated throughout the day but I'm sure I don't drink enough some days. I only take kratom in the evening hours and I've noticed if I take kratom after I've eaten dinner I don't get a headache or the headache is less severe though most are just very mild headaches anyway. This is why i never consume kratom during the day.
I recently started taken the 7OH tabs and these have never given me headaches. So I guess it's the mitragynine that is causing the headaches maybe?

If it’s not too personal of a question… do you take any prescription meds? Otherwise I tend to agree with possible dehydration as kratom can dry one out quickly. Have you tried electrolyte drinks?

Nope no prescriptions. Don't drink alcohol anymore either.

I usually don't, but I have before. Make sure you are staying hydrated throughout the day. I drink a lot of water and use drink packets for electrolytes.
