From the AKA Facebook page. BREAKING: High-powered law firm, Hogan Lovells, has issued a "Letter of Concern" to Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, M.D. on behalf of AKA. Released yesterday, the letter condemns any attempts on the part of the FDA to push a mandatory recall on ALL kratom products, citing potential violations of the FDA's legal authority.
