Mystic Island - what does it all mean? Do they have a Green?

I'm looking for a good Green. For reference, I loved the Green Vietnam from RVA a few months ago but missed the restock. I'm looking for something mood boosting with some pain relief. Energy is good. I don't need to be bouncing off the walls but I don't want to be lethargic either. I was going to try Mystic but I am open to recommendations from any vendor. Which brings me to this...

I was checking out the Mystic website but they have so many different choices on there. I checked the website for a guide or key but couldn't find anything to explain - so I ended up leaving without ordering. I hear good things about these guys so I don't want to give up on them, I know they have small sizes but if I don't want to order anything blindly...

1. Can someone explain some of the Categories & Choices? They have 3 categories - Original (that one is pretty straightforward), Mystic Gems (??), Mystic Creatures (??).
2. Is there a way to tell what strains/colors are in " Vampire" or "Emerald" and do these change? I mean is Vampire always the same Kratom types but from a different batch?

Like you, I myself was initially a bit overwhelmed when I first went to their site, but after giving it another chance, I soon learned how it worked.

I bought the following ones after doing diligent research on reviews on the r/kratomm subreddit. I recommend you check it out there too. Just go into the search bar and type in mystic and you'll find all sorts of reviews on different strains. You can also just do a keyword search based on all of their blend names, which is what I did and compiled my list based on user reviews. So far, I have enjoyed all of the strains that I have received.

Basically like you said, Originals is pretty straight forward. Of all of the Originals the one green that I found that was recommended the most was their Green Hulu Kapuas

As far as their Mystic creatures and Mystic Gems, those are blends that they have created, giving them unique names in the name of fun and creativity. If you read the description of each, you will find that they all cleverly mention the color that they are within the description. Same with customer blends. Here is an example with mystic unicorn:

So as you can see where I have highlighted in bold, this is a green & white blend. It also creatively gives a description of the effect you might feel when taking it. I am assuming it says it's a light green because it's a slow green, although I am not sure of this and perhaps somebody else can chime in on this.

This is the list that I came up with after doing research. Each one of these strains/blends received good reviews on reddit. I would say vampire, green hulu kapuas and phatcracker were mentioned the most. You may like some of the ones I chose as I am a whites and greens gal, reds not as much as I don't like to feel sedated although I do have pain so I mostly blend reds into my doses... i heard so many rave reviews about Mystic Vampire that I decided to add that to my bag, and although I have yet to try it all by itself as I just got my order in a few days ago, I did blend it with a white and it was a nice mix!

Once I received my package, I wrote the strain colors on the back of the bags so that it would be easier to know what I am taking.

- phatcracker ---customer blend: unicorn (green and white) and Amethyst (red and white)
- mystic unicorn ---creatures: light green and white
- mystic vampire ---creatures: blend of red strains
- mystic Phoenix ---creatures: white and yellow
- mystic dragon ---creatures: white
- mystic doppelgänger ---light green, yellow
- green Hulu kapuas
- mystic diamond ---white, green, red
- Gandalf ---white

I hope this helps shed some light on making your choices. Once you have it figured it out, you'll begin to appreciate their creativity with their description. Most of the other vendors don't bother giving any description at all, so I feel that this is a nice little perk that we get when we order from Mystic. It is confusing at first though, so I do think an intro to how to select the blends at the beginning of each category would really help the buyer, or at least making the colors bold like I did up above would also do the trick!

The only greens I've tried from Mystic Island have been the green vietnam and green malay.

The malay is pretty good. Fairly long lasting. I like to use it blends.

The green vietnam has a GREAT mood lift to it. I really liked that one. I'm not really a huge fan of greens, but this strain was wonderful.

I recommend the Green Papua, it's nice and euphoric, good amount of energy. It's quite potent, though, so it can cause wobbles at a lower dose than some others. It's my daily driver right now.
