Flatulence? OMFG SMH & FML 0.0

Post by Payshince »

Okay okay so this one clearly is a problem. So I’ve heard for not just me!

Can be especially tough when I’m cuddling with my girl
 :o
 :x

I don’t seem to quite understand this problem?

I started drinking Gatorade G2 less sugar less calories less BS.
& when some burns just seem to manifest more gasiness I take Gas-X and still!

This is a definite CON.
I carry around water(s) with me daily wherever I go and I eat reasonably healthy.
I dont eat crap
I try to focus on kratom and my mental health as well as Nutrition and my physical and.. mental health!

I have heard when and if you’re Vegan or a Vegetarian gas may be more common due to eating much more Greens.
I’m not either of those but I do try to eat healthy like one!

How can I prevent this?

Does anyone else have this problem?

It’s one thing being at home with only two other guys but if I’m having fun with my g!rl it gets pretty old and can only hold it in so many damn times!!
:x :|

Please Help!

I already take enough things id rather not take more OTCs but if necessary maybe Ginger or another herb could benefit this?!
...
Thank you.

The fact of the matter is yes of course it IS embaressing. But we’re all human and I’d rather admit it and find a resolution than ignoring it and just “living with it”.

B4 Daily Kray use I didn’t have this problem!
Ever since now and depending on the strain too its like WTF??!

Okay, okay, we get it...you have a farting issue.....TOO! I just didn't quite know how to broach this subject without
getting laughed out of DoubleM (or maybe even banned.) When I was only using kratom occasionally it wasn't a problem.
However, once I began using it on a daily basis I've had more than my share of WTF moments!
...especially at night...in bed...with "her!"
I simply handle it by pulling the covers over her head to muffle the screams and objections! Okay, I don't really do that,
but what's the difference, she still feels (or smells) the pain! I've gotten a gaggle of OMG moments with this stuff and gasX just
doesn't "cut" it, nor does ginger...or moringa... or anything else I've tried. :x I also eat a super-healthy diet, take a multitude of
supplements....get several hours per day of exercise and it doesn't make one bit of difference, the issue still remains.

You are not alone, my friend, and I suspect we're not the only kratomites with that problem.
There, I've done it. I'm so glad to get "that" out in the open!

Lol. Yeah, it's a problem with daily use. I'm guessing tea would solve it, but I'm too lazy. Maybe give this a try https://www.myshreddies.com

Those zero sugar/carb sports drinks are actually super bad for you. They use a lot of artificial sweeteners. I was drinking the powerade ones, and getting mild but frequent stomach aches. Eventually I realized the stomach aches were coming on shortly after drinking the sports drinks. As soon as I stopped drinking those entirely, the problem went away.

I don't have that issue, but it's probably because I drink it as a tea. The thing is, all of that plant matter is treated as insoluble fiber, and unfortunately it's brewing methane as a side effect as it moves through your intestines. Gas-X doesn't inhibit or stop gas, it really encourages it. Gas is formed in your body as little bubbles, Gas-X (simethicone) "encourages" all of those little bubbles to combine into big bubbles, making it easier to pass it. Gas-X is created to primarily relieve gas pain, and that's how it does it. So really, by taking Gas-X, you're encouraging farting.

How can you stop it? Unfortunately, the most obvious answer is to stop ingesting what's making you fart. Since that probably won't happen, cut down on anything else that can create gas. Some foods that can create additional gas are: baked beans, broccoli, cabbage (even cole slaw), brussel sprouts, peas, and oats. Fructose will create gas too, some fruits that are high in fructose are: figs, dates, prunes, pears and grapes. Swallowing air creates gas. Do you snore at night? If you do, chances are you're swallowing air. Those breathe-right strips that go across the bridge of your nose will help that and they can be found in any Dollar Tree/drug store.

Sorry about the book, but I wanted to give you an informative answer.

Yes, some people's bodies don't tolerate artificial sweeteners very well. One is called xylitol, and it's an artificial alcohol sweetener. As far as I know, very few people can tolerate it in anything but a small dose. If you eat a lot of it, you can get painful gas and diarrhea.

On the other hand, the regular sports drinks are loaded with sugar. So, you can choose between intestinal pain/gas or diabetes. ;)

Oddly enough, I'm glad this thread was started. Now that I think back, I seldom had an issue when I used to shake it up in a little bottle of Gatorade. My blood sugar and A1C have been creeping up so I switched to the low sugar version, and more recently to Gatorade Zero which has sucralose. Quick google search found a bunch of links about sucralose and digestion issues. I'm gonna try mixing with plain water for a few days and see if that helps. Thanks!

Problem is, the only things I drink are two cups of coffee with a little creamer in the A.M. and water the rest of the day...zero artificial sweeteners (ever) and I rarely drink soft drinks. I use about a forth teaspoon of sugar for each cup of coffee. Other than that, honey is the only sweetener I use. My method of choice for kratom is honey and warm water shaken up in a baby food jar and down the hatch.

Well, this is my take on most of this stuff. Chances are, we've all been ingesting/breathing things that aren't good for us, all of our lives. I was making quick cookies the other day, and I noticed on the mix that it said, "This mix uses raw eggs. Do not eat raw batter." And I laughed inside thinking, how many damn times as a kid, did I lick the bowl/spoon? The nature nuts are touting not to eat beef, don't drink milk, "it's got antibiotics and steroids in it". Again, I tried not eating beef for three days, and I thought that I was going to go bat-shit insane. I'm part carnivore, dammit. My ancestors didn't get me to the top of the food chain to eat friggin' vegetables! My sister had anorexia nervosa as a child before they really knew what it was. That left a lasting imprint on my mom. All I was allowed to drink as a child, was diet soda. That had saccharin in it... no cancer yet!

I take all these health warnings with a grain of salt. Tomorrow it will be something else. I figure if I can use it, and there's no adverse effects personally, I use it. Of course, there are some things that I choose not to use, but it's not because the sky is falling.

I dont use artificial sweeteners

I mean if I drink a G2 Gatorade it is One only the entire day, thats all.

I see no BS on the back label for ingredients.
I wouldn’t drink this knowing there was any of that crap..

I guess I could try other methods and see whats what! :)

Kratom dries you out....so if your farts are bad while using Kratom, they'd be 10 times worse not using kratom. Maybe you just need to stop eating poorly and remove the meat and dairy.

Just side tip, when you first feel like farting, most likely the fart wont stink or barley any, if you hold it in for a long time, it can get to the point worse then skunk. Some tips, as soon you feel like farting, walk away, excuse your self, bathroom, outside etc,. Dont keep it in... even if you fart second and third time, if you dont hold it, it wont be as stinky as holding it in for a long time. Depends what you eat that day, some stuff will stink every fart but if it wasn't anything that bad, it will barley be noticed.

Side note, i been drinking tea's for a long time and i dont have fart problem unless i eat beans or something, so i do somehow think herbal tea's, in fact any herbal even green tea help a lot. Even peppermint or chamomiles in packages should do the trick. + its very healthy for you.
