OK let's start a List of current vendors who are experiencing problems with the FDA, and product Recalls... 
Herbal Salvations. Gaia Ethnobotanicals (aka Triangle.), Soap Korner (aka SK Herbalist), and several others.
Acadica is the latest. Acadica may also have a "Label" problem, since he IS promoting kratom as a Dietary Supplement:
