couple questons regarding extracts

i bought some 45% mitragynine extract caps and powder last year from kratom(dot).

i have some RVA red bali from nov2018 that i tried recently a few times that just isn't doing much at all at 3.5g or 5.0g. so i got to thinking i could mix a bit of this 45% mitra-extract and want to ask a few question about that.

their website lists this for measurement equivalents:

1 Capsule contains 130mg Extract = 4gm of good quality plain leaf or
                                 = 2 teaspoons of good quality plain leaf

not sure why the discrepancy of 100mg powder vs 130mg powder in caps but regardless...

questions:

1) anyone here try this particular extract? do you take it on its own or do you add a bit to your kratom powder to enhance it?


2). i also got some full spectrum from SoC last year. its label says "100% pure mitragyna speciosa". is this the same as the above mentioned 45% mitragynine just with 55% more mitragynine present? i ask also, b/c i see another site listing 95% purity pure alkaloid, and their 100mg is equal to roughly 8g plain leaf. just wanting to narrow down the amount to mix.

Take the extract with the leaf....I think the socal label is just stating that is 100% leaf I don't think its referring to extract but just guessing

i didn't see it listed on their site recently looking for a description & thinking you're correct, i think, a blend of all the colours. thx
