I have ordered Kratom on their website through Zapper - installment was handled effectively. After three days, and no messages (aside from a promoting email requesting that I request something), so I went to my account page and checked the request status - it says "cancelled" with no further clarification and no discount on the installment. Did I simply get defrauded? It was very nearly 2 kilos worth of different strains.

In the event that this is an inappropriate spot for this, or in case I'm disrupting some norm I don't know about, I am sorry.

Kay Botanicals is an authentic and trustable vendor. Recently there had an issue with its mode of payment. Reach the customer support team via phone or mail during the working hours. I am sure that a team representative will resolve this problem as soon as possible. Even, you can contact via Kay Botanicals facebook page as they are always active.

I can't say for sure but someone left this review in August on TrustPilot

"Don't give your banking information to this website!
They never send you the confirmation email after taking your banking information and ignore all your emails. Definitely don't order from this website. They are giving multiple business address to scam the system. The website says Florida, here says long Beach and Texas somewhere else."

I hope everything works out for you, you need to check the balance of whatever you used to pay.

Maybe it was canceled and refunded?

That's a big ol' Red Flag right there: Zapper was a NEW payment method at the start of this year - cancelled ALL kratom orders since about May 2019, if not sooner.. several known vendors for example Kats, Super, AOV and others, sent out emails and this CC processor lasted about 2 months. They shut down all kratom vendors.. No more details about Zapper, except it's not a Legit solution.

Never heard of this vendor. A quick Domain check, they registered in Nov 2018 - one year ago. Selling the same "strains" as every one else, Prices jump around a bit - 250g of Gold Bali goes for $40 so that's a PPG around 0.18 - Have no more information.

yeah I would say so... Zapper hasn't been around for 6 months. Is your website waaayyy Out of Date ??

Someone asked about Kay B. in a FB discussion group and I started researching and based on one other person's warning on here, coupled with "an honest review" on I Love Kratom's site, I'd steer clear! I almost purchased several sample packs because I couldn't believe they were several ounce packs for the cost of one ounce.
